Great Homestay in Sungai Lembing”
We had a lovely stay in this well maintained and presented homestay in Sungai Lembing. It is set halfway up a hill with views or rainforest and running creek. The onsite staff are helpful & friendly. There are several common areas with tea, coffee basic snacks and safe drinking water station for free water. The twin room was clean, well maintained and had TV, Air conditioner and ceiling fan. Penny & Sam the owners were onsite when my son & I visited and as we had no transport (we caught the bus/es from KL TBS) kindly took us too lunch with their friends in the capital city of Pahang, Kuantan. We were then taken to the beautiful beach area of Teluk Cempedek and then onto the Gua Charas, Sivar Temple. Their hospitality was very kind and generous. I would suggest if you arrive by bus you look into hiring a scooter, which is available as some of the sites are of interest are 25klms away. Other wise you can walk into and around town to find interesting sites and restaurants.

Superb Hospitality”
They treat us like a family. The room was clean, with a nice view of the greeneries and small stream. We were one of the unfortunates who were stranded in sg lembing due to the floods, but the host really take a very good care of us and provide us enough food. The host also take a one step ahead to check with nearest police station on the floos situation and update us from time to time. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely come again.

Helpful Staff, Clean & Spacious Hotel”
We had a great stay at Green Peace Hotel and thanks Penny for the helpful information! We loved this hotel because not only the price is reasonable, it is also quite spacious with free drinking water, coffee and tea and near to quite a number of tourist spots. We'll definitely go back again for our next stay!

Spent 3D2N here. Sungai Lembing is a pretty small area so you might end up spending quite a lot of time in the hotel/resort. Green Peace is just the right choice, located on the right side of Sungai Lembing entrance, in 2~3 minutes drive you'll get back to the town itself. Facilities-wise there isn't much in the room, and my TV wasn't working, but the place is clean and tidy. You get plenty of benches and small tables around the resort, more tables in the self-service cafe upstairs and a few more at the entrance, so if you're travelling in group, you can always spend some time hanging there and chit chat. The atmosphere is good. The only drawback is probably the road leading up to the resort, which is a narrow 2-way. Do not drive fast because it's hard to see what's coming from the opposite way. In the night it's dark so gotta be extra cautious. In the cafe, there're orange juice, instant 3in1 coffee & tea bag provided, you have to make them yourselves. Overall it's a good experience.

We had a great stay in here. Front desk lady is so helpful and friendly. Although the owner is Chinese, they provides kiblat signage and sejadah in the room. The toilet, the room is sooo clean. The water heater works. No complaints, everything is excellent. Would come back again in future.

Heaven On Earth”
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, the staff readily prepared drinking water and fruits to quench our thirst. Our room faced the river and the sound of the river flow soothed our tired souls. The room was basic but clean. Hot water is available. A good place to relax. Recommended.

We stay in room or 5. This resort located next to a stream, its sound is calming. Has a jacuzzi, camp site and serve snack and simple meal upon request. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Lovele peaceful stay”
A lovely and clean place to stay at. its on the way to sunrise hill and rainbow falls but you cant get there on your own. The hotel provides a tour package for that purpose. Penny was really nice and will help you out. Free coffee and tea as well as snack were available on the terrace , cocooned in nature. a very happy stay indeed.

Good and well kept place within a nice surrounding”
This could be one of the best place to stay in this area. It is located within a short distance to the shops at the town, but yet the distance is good enough to have its own quiet surroundings within a lush forest. The care taker lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything in-room was good and it was clean. The shower is a good plus point providing very clean gushing water. There are tables and chairs at all areas for guest usage. You can do a bbq here with your group of family and friends. At night, it is well lighted up and there is a brook next to this place.

Love the weather and the peacefulness in Sungai lembing, we switch off air con and slept with open window listening to the sound of the water. Morning was quite cooling and breezy . Sound insulation can be better as my husband was awaken by neighbor's snoring. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

Clean and affordable but the towel smells. Does not provide shampoo. Only body wash. Recommend to bring own towels and toiletries. No proper parking space. Double triple park

the place is cool, cosy, quiet, spacious place, facing natural view. room is clean but some needy furniture is not available such as bathroom glass shelf to place the toothbrush or toothpaste and a long table to place the bag. Overall is nice to stay.

The facilities are very basic. The lighting is too dim. Room without mirror. Bathroom do not space to put the toiletries. Towers can't absorb water.To pay rm150+ for my room consider on the high side. However,the surrounding is very peaceful n the owner very friendly. Also clean.

Great for budget and short vacation, overall very satisfy”
The hotel is a little old, some wooden furniture is broken. Clean and tidy bed room, only toilet a bit smelly (not the urine smell, more like the smell of hasn't been used for days), may because of it is near to the forest plus rainy season. When I inform the staff about the toilet, they'll be very happy to help freshening it up. The room is too dark because of the dark green painting and faint light. I would suggest to repaint the room with lighter green and white on the ceiling, and replace the light to a brighter one. The pantry on top of the roof is nice, there were biscuits and drinks, BUT the frying pan was dirty, it hasn't been washed since last used. Overall, we are satisfy of our stay in Green Peace. If you have very high expectation on accommodation, this may not be a good choice.
