Very bad staff service. Very inconvenient.”

The facilities in this hotel are bad. And staff service is pathetic. Even though there's is self check-in, the process isn't very sealmess as it should be. In my case, the room card didn't work which shows the rooms are not well maintained. There's no fan in the room. Water bottles weren't provided in my case and there was no one on reception to ask to when we went there. Room was very clean though. Although above things are not big concerns but summed up to give us an inconvenient experience.

Great location but not enough information”

It's difficult to get the right information about the room (I booked a room with a window and bathtub to enjoy a getaway, but there's no window nor bathtub). The place is newly renovated and clean, great location to get everything and is very good price.

設備（冰箱、窗簾、房內開飲機等）略為老舊，入住時浴缸有毛髮。體質較為敏感者可能不是很主要的選項。蓮蓬頭沖水強度尚可。隔音尚有待加強。如有熱水飲水機會更好點。缺少房內面紙。洗髮精、沐浴乳是使用隨身包，稍嫌簡陋。
