Clean and convenient”

A short drive from Kenting Old Street. Fine if you've got a car or scooter, but perhaps a little less convenient if not. Room was clean and bright. Washroom as well. Shower head needs replacing and it was slightly piercing. But overall, comfortable stay.

Pictures and room do not match. Over-priced for room and shower only. Walking distance to beach. Staff is super helpful but extremely limited in English that leads to miscommunication. Not to bad if you go as a family.

廁所玻璃門碎裂砸傷友人”

無蓄意破壞下，房間廁所玻璃門整面破掉，刮傷同行友人，一開始員工不讓換房，要掃一掃讓我們繼續住，玻璃門碎片還在掉，沒有門的廁所？後來在堅持要求下，老闆才同意換房，老闆有載受傷友人掛急診，但醫藥費要自行負擔，無其他賠償，且員工要求我們自行將玻璃門破掉的照片上傳領保險，我們非常疑惑，房價便宜，以上經驗供參考。

入住發現沒有淋浴區外踏墊，後來有提供，晚上洗澡發現沒有毛巾只有浴巾，但房務人員已下班。淋浴間有發霉的狀況，房間床墊有髒污，床架老舊。 實際房間看不到完整的海，被前排房屋擋住視線

停車是方便的，環境看起來是明亮的，整體整潔度不足，被單枕套都有微污漬，隔音也沒很好。離南灣步行還要10分鐘(開車3分鐘)。 如果是學生，省錢的話可以選擇。

洗手台在房間外面有點不方便、浴室窗戶出去是走廊洗澡時要關窗不然不太安全、房間裡只有洗手台一面鏡子如果是女生多人旅遊的話鏡子可能要自己帶，不然就要擠一個或輪流使用。

環境幽靜，有陽台遠眺南灣海景及核三發電場，搭大眾運輸工具，南灣站下車後走路約10分鐘，到南灣海灘，台電南部展示館，後壁湖潛水，貓鼻頭，也都不遠，很適合親子，目前尚無飲水設施（僅供況泉水）及壁掛環保沐浴液添加盒，整體服務良好
