Beautiful clean boutique hotel in quiet area. ”
I had an excellent stay here for one week. The staff are exceptional, especially Ms Ha. Hotel located perfectly. Everything you need is steps away. Noisy French quarter is a few blocks or a quick cab drive away. The staff speaks English well and they were excellent at directing me to events and interesting locations around town and suggesting the best value for money tour operators. Somebody, packed fish sauce that spilled over everybody’s luggage. Mine was pretty bad. Ms Ha got both my clothing and suitcase cleaned professionally. My room had a balcony on the second floor and it was gorgeous. I don’t require such opulence but I spoiled myself for the week in this little palace. I hated to leave this place. Had to check out real early before breakfast to catch my flight. They booked me a discount taxi to the airport and packed me a box breakfast to my surprise. This is a class act operation and I am so glad I didn’t pick a noisy hotel near party town. Be back soon, thanks!

Amazing staff and location ”
We stayed for a total of 4 nights at Hanoi a Graceful hotel and we did not regret. We upgraded our room to the Honeymoon suite and were not disappointed. Opt for a room with a balcony, it is worth it! On our last night stay, the manager gave us a free upgrade and we also had a free 1h massage. It was lovely. He seemed invested in his guests having the best experience possible and was seen on site every day. Most of the staff speak good English and can help with taxi and tour booking. The beds are soft, the rooms well decorated and clean. Showers are separate from the toilet (not often the case in Asia). Breakfast is buffet style and you can also order some other dish as well. Not the greatest buffet I have ever seen but it was plenty for us with the proximity of such great food nearby. Coming back to the hotel after a trip to Ha Long Bay and Sapa felt like coming home. I would stay there again. I recommend.

Anniversary holiday”
I chose the Executive Balcony room as I loved the decor with the French provincial feel and proximity to restaurants and shopping. The staff were great, rooms spotless and we will definitely be going back despite the few small flaws and tips I will mention. I would recommend taking your own coffee as it’s the 3 in 1 mix. We took our own for a 3 week holiday across Vietnam but quickly ran out in the 5 days there. Take your own soap. It’s strange but it was difficult to get a lather from their soap so I didn’t feel clean. Sometimes the showers don’t run hot so mix up the time of day you have one. Recommend also that you have your breakfast early if you want hot/ warm bacon, sausages or vegetables as they are not kept heated. The a la carte options are great. We loved our stay and as mentioned, will be booking again but will be more prepared for our own personal choices.

The room that we booked is under maintenance. The hotel arranged another room but the air conditioning is not functioning well. As this is our first honeymoon, we did not enjoy the night so well because the temperature was quite warm. We moved to another room for our second night. Unfortunately, the bed broken. The staff immediately fixed the bed. Though our stay at this hotel was not so smooth, but we like the frontline staff as they are very polite and friendly.

Nice hotel in good location with friendly staff”
This hotel located in the central of the city which we can walk to any tourist attraction conveniently. Also, there have many nearby nice local street foods and cafes. There is also have a convenient store nearby (Circle K). The breakfast was nice, we can choose the variety dish with a selection of typical pastry and buffet. The most impressive is the staff. Their staff, Mr. Tran Quang Huy, is the reception that can speak English and give you much useful information. Such as, the one day trip package (which also buys it from this hotel), the local restaurants and many more. He can take care of anything if you have a problem or something inside or outside the hotel (because I added him on facebook).

The room was exactly how it looks like in the pictures, very clean and cosy. As a female solo traveller who went to Vietnam for the first time, the staff made me felt very safe and are very willing to answer any of my enquiries. They even introduced a few different places around the hotel that are safe to go and reminded me to try to get back before midnight. Overall i had a great experience there and will definitely go back again!

First time staying at Hanoi Gracefull Hotel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly the location is spot on. It was just walking distance for you to get to The Hoan Kiem Lake in 3 minutes. Everything was just perfect! Thank you guys for a wonderful stay in Ha Noi for just one day!

Hotel Graceful : Amazing hotel at best possible price”
Hotel Graceful is an amazing hotel in the best possible price. It’s right in the middle of Old Quarter area and you can go for evening stroll and enjoy the Vietnamese street food. The manager of hotel Graceful is Mr Ryan and he is very helpful. He goes out of the way and helps the guests at the hotel. He is also very helpful in booking any of the tours and suggests you the best available options. Ryan has an amazing team of wonderful staff members who are always courteous and helpful. I interacted with Jeremy, Vivian, Annie and others, they all were very nice and makes your stay at hotel very relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast at hotel was also very decent and lot of options to go for. Hotel rooms were decent and good. I’m very impressed and glad with entire service that Ryan and his team provided to us through out our stay at the hotel. Overall a very good experience at hotel Graceful, I recommend this hotel to all.

Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff! ”
The hotel is lovely, the rooms are very nice and it is in a great location. We arrived late with no problems. The real star here are their staff, Ha is such a lovely lady who helped us arrange our tours at such a great price and made sure we got the most out of our time! She looked after us and made us feel so welcome and I can’t thank her enough. You won’t regret your stay here! It has a family feel which makes you feel like you are at home.

Clean Room, Friendly and Accommodating Staff, Convenient Location”
I stayed here 2 nights total, in 2 different rooms. The rooms were clean with good amenities and excellent value for the price. The check-in process was quick and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that they accommodated my last-minute request for a late check-out. The welcome drink, fresh fruit, and free tea/coffee/water were a nice touch. The location in the old quarter was great, about a 10 minute walk to Hoàn Kiem lake and close to lots of delicious street food. The only negative was that the second room I was in smelled like smoke when I arrived. This became much less noticeable after having the windows open for a while. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the old quarter.

I especially loved the woman at the front desk who was beyond kind. She took the time to walk me and my daughter to a vegetarian restaurant in the out of control heat a couple of blocks away so we would not get lost. She showed us around the streets and was so helpful and kind. I truly appreciated her hospitality and help. Very wonderful. Nothing like it. Wonderful place!!!

I stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions for 5 nights in total. It is located at a very convenient location in Old Town Hanoi. The rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast has a great variety. The best part about this hotel is meeting Ha. She works at the front desk and helped me book train tickets and the tour to Sapa. She really went out of her way to ensure I was safe and comfortable during my entire time in Sapa and Hanoi. I ended up getting sick while I was in Sapa, and she checked in on me each day to make sure I was ok. Her customer service and attention to detail is one of the best services I’ve received at a hotel in Asia.

Really friendly staff, great value for money, and very accommodating. ”
Great location, and it was pretty clean. We got fresh towels every day and our room cleaned. However, our mini fridge did not work, nor was the hair dryer working. The air conditioner took awhile to work but the room we had was small, so the room cooled very quickly. Overall, for the price and service I was very happy. I’d return again and recommend it for those who don’t want to spend too much, but want to feel relaxed and enjoy Hanoi.

Receptionist greet us well upon our arrival, able to communicate well in English and provide us with the information on the famous tourist spots. Nevertheless, we booked V Spirit Premiere Cruise through their recommendation, it was really great for our Halong Bay tour. Worth the money paid
