SERVICE: superb LOCATION: main rd resort in station 2. It’s around 5min walk to white beach via d’mall. It might be an issue if travelling with elders, tho riding an e-trike is an option (mura lng nman) FACILITY: daily maintenance clean-up of pool and everything else is clean FOOD: main course for breakfast are different everyday. It may not be as many variants as henann regency, still, with ample choices of food. We were upgraded to Premier room for free! Though with addl fee, roundtrip transfer fr airport to resort is worth it. Everything is taken care of, no worry that your luggage gets lost. The staff will carry them for you. Susunod ka na lng sa staff nila ☺️ They have thr own port sa mainland and own speed boat so hassle free tlga... Henann resorts never disappoints me ☺️

Best Choice for Family”
It's my first time to visit Boracay and Hennan Park made my 5 nights stay truly memorable. Location: It was not an ideal location for some since its not beachfront (1-2mins walk), hence it was in the mainroad so there has been a lot of access to many establishments like dmall and jollibee. Room: It was new, very clean and well-designed just like other Hennan Resorts. Good water pressure, hot and cold shower and room is bigger than expected. The only thing I got dissapointed was I had to followed up the room cleaning. Buffet: Orchard Cafe has a wide selection and everyday they change the course so in our 6 days stay, we never got bored with the food. Their buffet is feast, even with the kids! Everything was delectable, from breakfast foods to salads and fruits, however their pudding was the best I ever had, I swear. Pool Area: It was big and has great views. What I like about their pool area was it has a bar pool which you can dine while swimming and they would offer massage/braid services too. Love their mocktails and fruitshakes. They also clean the pool every morning. Personal: Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Staffs are very polite. But I wouldn't forget the security guard in the entrance. He was very accommodating, would always greet us and even helped us when we have to hail an e-trike outside and also helped us bring our luggages. Overall: Boracay and Hennan truly lived up to what has been said about it. We've always wanted to go to Boracay ever since it was reopened and I never regret we chose Hennan Park, though it is new, it has good facilities and I can feel the holiday coziness and safety at the same time. Looking forward for a return visit soon or try other Hennan esp Crystal! 😊

Customer Service, Ambiance, Location, Food, Facility and Staff is such a super B! Specially Reymart, Who upgraded our room for FREE! Water temperature in pool is also warm and super clean. The breakfast buffet is also worth it. The hotel location is also near almost anywhere. There staffs are also friendly and accomodating. We had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay at Henan Park. The entire facility is superbly clean , our room is quite big and spacious. They have trained , attentive and courteous staff everywhere. We also had an awesome brekky with different menus everyday . Definitely impressed and satisfied, great value for money. Will definitely come back😊

From airport transfers to check in to check out, wonderful experience! We got an upgrade from deluxe to premier room, thanks to the friendly staff of the resort, we enjoyed our stay. Pool is very clean, rooms with complete amenities (request for room slippers btw) and there is a poolside bar as well 😍

Overall, I had a great experience with Henann Park; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. The sevice was exceptional as well. My friends and I are first-time travelers to Boracay, and we would recommend this to our colleagues. Their buffet breakfast has many choices to choose from. However, their buffet dinner is only on Friday and Saturday. The facilities deserve a two-thumbs up.Their lobby is elegant, and the pool is warm. Their room is spacious and perfect for groups, though for amenities you need to request slippers and a bath robe. Overall, our group had a great stay at this resort and will surely be back on our next visit.

Always a good place to stay”
Booked 2 rooms cause we are a family of 6 (4 adults and 3 children, 5 and 1 yo) 1st room is (2 adults and my 1 yo) 2nd room is (1 adult, my 11 yr old considered an adult, and my 5yo daughter) Upon check-in, I was told that there are no adjoining rooms which are okay for me as long as I and my kids are staying on the same floor. I was asked by the front desk officer to pay for additional pax for my 5yo daughter + her breakfast. I told them that my daughter is considered a kid and as per my reservation terms and condition, I don't have to pay for her as cause my helper and my firstborn 11 yr old daughter are considered adults and I got them their own room. The officer smirked at me and told me "even though ma'am) I complied and paid for it. 5 minutes later, they called us and admitted that they made a mistake and overcharged me. However, they cannot issue a refund because they charged me using a card. They've been forcing me to use it for food or snacks as if it was all my fault. Luckily, the next office on duty - when I called the front desk back, assisted me and processed the refund together in cash when I took my security deposit upon check out. It was all resolved. However, it is not a good experience that I almost got extorted and was told that there's no way for a refund knowing that there is. Had I wasn't treated fairly, I wouldn't book with Henann Park again. I've been a Henann fan whenever we travel in Boracay and Bohol. But because the place was great, and some staff are really kind and friendly, I will still recommend this hotel. Just please train your front desk well.

Met all my expectations ”
The room was jus amazing. I appreciate that I was put on the higher floor (I think it’s a lot more quiet since it’s farther from the pool) and everything just met my standards. Bed and pillows were comfy, water pressure and temp in the shower was perfect, free breakfast was pretty good. It’s about a 3 min walk from d’mall and is also right next to a hospital. Airport transfers were freakishly easy too. Didn’t have to worry about anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon entry to the room, you will feel comfortable because it looks and feels clean. The room has ample amount of space for 3 persons. Love that pool towels are different from room towels. Staffs are very helpful and friendly making you feel at home.
