    BAD!!!”

    I was denied check in. I told the hotel that I will be checking in late that night because I was traveling from Sepang, Selangor. When I arrived, the hotel receptionist told me that there was no booking under my name. I have to look for another hotel to stay that night. Luckily I found one. Bad experience from the hotel management!

    Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only location is lil besides main road that may give some uncomforting to people, who looking for a hotel with good outside view. But very suitable to people who are on some business trip and it is almost center of Kulim.

    The hotel administration provided everything, as per their claim on the page. Room and washroom were clean. My stay was good here. Only people may feel lil uncomfortable cos of main road parallel to hotel building.
