Amazing snorkelling right at your doorstep”
Unbelievable place with magical snorkelling among abundant coral and schools of fish right outside. Facilities are basic, no air conditioning, and the road to here is steep (with no roadlamps), but if you are aware of and mentally ready for not the most luxurious experience, you will be rewarded with amazing swimming in crystal clear waters in probably the best snorkelling spot on the island. The owner Clive is also a fun hoot, and always up for a chat or cheeky story. Highly recommend Room #9.

I LOVED my stay here. The staff were all super friendly and the location as spectacular. This is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in the whole world. The bay has the best snorkeling of all of the three islands. I highly recommend room number 10. It has the most incredible view. Enjoy!!!

It is a great place out of the way of the hustle and bustle, Just keep in mind we did not have Air conditioning or wifi. Something i guys is hard not to have on vacation. We hope everyone enjoys :)

Good place for snorkeling & relaxing”
Located at a nice bay with good snorkeling. Quite place. Good value for money. Place for eating not really inviting. Chairs in my room were uncomfortable and lost color. Lady at reception/ kitchen was always busy with her own internet use, if it works in the room (rather not or weak) did not really matter to her.

We booked the biggest room (no. 10) and we were very happy with our stay. Clive and his staff were very helpful. The only downside was that our apartment floor was carpet and very dusty. But the view from the room and the ocean and snorkelling access made everything worth it. Highly recommend this place as long as you are not expecting anything fancy. Minimal but amazing, would come back again next time!

Excellent quiet location with amazing staff”
Views are amazing, rooms very spacious, all staff are approachable and friendly. Speak excellent English. Perfect for a quiet break and snorkelling, quiet far away from town would need a form of transport, however staff are extremely accommodating and run a drop off service for a small fee.

Best snorkeling point”
Very friendly staff and amazing view. The location is not so good because it's 2 km of up-hill, down-hill walk (even hard with a scooter) to the first shop or restaurant. They would pick you up from the pier if you would tell them in advance of your arrival time, and take you back to the pier for 300 THB (the taxi is 550 THB). They don't have hot water, there is no network connection (if you have a SIM card, it's useless) and the wifi signal wasn't so good. If you like quiet places, away from everyone, with amazing corals and fishes around, this is the place for you.

The room was really nice and big. No hot shower, which it’s a real pity. Snorkeling gear and restaurant are slightly more expensive than other places in town. The snorkeling is good even though there is no sandy beach, only rocks.

Nice but has issues”
The place had me both really happy and in a bad mood at times. I’ll start with the good: - I had a beautiful big loft overlooking the sea with a huge balcony and so many beautiful plants - the kitchen was a plus, is fairly well equipped - the owner is really friendly and helps where he can (although there is a language barrier) - it’s fairly quiet (in terms of no party) - one can directly go into the ocean and snorkel bc it’s on large rocks not a dandy beach. Can go directly through a latter into deep water Now the not so good (that might not always be related to the place itself but still should be mentioned): - going there is a mess. Scooter is needed and you’ll have to go through bad road with very very steep hills. My friends had an accident because the hill was too steep and they too heavyweight 2 people on 1 bike. It just fell over - there are 3 scary dogs that chase you barking and coming really close to bike when going to the place. Also there is no lights on the road to the place, so it gets very scary and kinda dangerous at night - there is no mobile connection; wifi is good if it works but it stops 2-3 times a day for a short amount of time. There has been also days when it didn’t work at all. - it’s smells really weird, I think it’s because there is molt (but not sure). When it rains it drips from the ceiling. - everything fun is on the other side of the island. The place is really the only thing that the end of the road - there is definitely no restaurant (even though it says so) - only cold water shower - the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room

Nothing to recommend but the pretty view and the snorkeling spot”
The place is quite far and the road is difficult to drive. Not recommended if you don't rent a motorbike. Food and taxis are not available. Had to carry luggage up and down stairs. The balcony of the room is different from the picture. I'm only impressed with the view and the dive sites that can be walked down from the apartment. There was only one officer who was quite kind. The room is quite old and has small insects. No phone signal, only wifi can be used.
