Great hotel, amenities, also wonderful staff! Enjoyed my stay! Elegant and very nice! Only thing, breakfast isn’t included at regular holiday inn only at the expresses, which they do not accept cards without a cop there or at many hotels which was my issue to call to check other hotels before booking to make sure of that, but this one excepts both ONLY CARS NO CASH! Also, pool is outside, and some rooms do not come with microwave (mine did not), the breakfast server was a little rude query I explained to her she apologized and changed her attitude (probably rough morning) other than that Karen ( manager) the the handsome dread head were awesome! Fantastic”

After two weeks of traveling around the U,S,, my wife and I had two nights in Dallas at the Holiday Inn Express South near DFW before our flight back to Seoul. After arriving at the hotel by free shuttle, we were met at the front desk by Nash, who couldn't have been more helpful. Like many hotels these days, their business center is closed, but Jazmin was so helpful in helping me to print my Covid test results needed for our flight out. On our final day there, Edwin at the front desk gave me perfect directions to where I needed to go to buy some necessities for my return trip. He also helped me print an important document. This hotel is located near many restaurants such as Chiptole, Taco Bell, Panda Express, and some local eateries. The room itself was bigger than expected, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks to Edwin, Jazmin, Nash, and the rest of the hotel's staff for a great stay.

Maybe it's just Covid?”

The place seemed to be under some renovations, so there's that. Also, I checked the web before booking to see if the restaurant or free breakfast would be effected and there was no mention of it. Alas, everything was closed, and I had to stray out into town to find dinner and breakfast. Maybe under normal conditions this is a nice spot, but right now it was boring, bland, and disappointing.

Not a good value for the price”

Pros Clean, Good sized rooms, very helpful staff Cons Very expensive for the location and amenities. HVAC in room cycled between AC/Heat on a minute to minute basis. Kept the Temp but was blowing either hot or cold air. Prices listed in the in room restaurant menu were much lower than the restaurant actually charged. Not room service but actual restaurant prices.

I’m so glad that we stayed at the Holiday Inn over our Thanksgiving vacation to Texas! Everyone was friendly at the hotel, and we felt that we made the right decision to stay here.

Great airport hotel but shuttle service is tricky”

Extremely comfortable hotel, great beds, however catching the airport shuttle from the airport is confusing and next to impossible - in the end I wound up catching a cab. The hotel isn't really good for anything other than the airport - it's a long long way to anywhere else, and there is no public transport to speak of. For a layover though it's worth it.

Good hotel when staying overnight for a flight”

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Shuttle service was great, room was new and large, staff were very friendly and helpful.

the hotel is good but the place is quite far way from the downtown, suggested only for stay who just take a transit flight. about 10 min back to the airport but if you want downtown is about 30 mins

到达拉斯机场是下午近6点了，转机的航班是在第二天早上6点，时间很尴尬，对达拉斯也不熟悉不知道安全与否，机场内的君悦酒店已无房间，且剩下的套房太贵超出预算，对比agoda和 booking，最终选择从agoda订了这家假日酒店，没有看到电话号码，所以请机场工作人员给酒店打了电话，确认了接机地点，便在机场外酒店bus站点等待，免费接送，但是可以给司机1、2美元的小费，入住时告诉第二天早上4点去机场，早上退了房卡就直接坐车走了，到机场时间绰绰有余，很方便。正好淡季有折扣我住下来大约人民币七百来块，在美国算很划算了，但是没有拖鞋牙膏什么的，需要自己准备～在美国一千左右的酒店都差不多这种标准，硬件很普通，服务比亚洲国家差很多，所以大家提前就要做好心里准备，自然就能接受
