Amazing location and service ”
From the moment we arrived until we left everything was impecable , the service provided by all the staff , the resort itself is set in a tropical garden well maintained and the beach is just amazing with great snorkeling just off shore .The resort is located on very secluded area , a slice of paradise ! The sunset bar and restaurant are a must see . They open every dat at 5 pm , get your sun bed and enjoy a cocktail while sunset with a view that you will never forget .Breakfast is very with plenty if variety .We had dinner twice at the sunset restaurant where the food and the service was outstanding provided genuinely by Noon ( hope that’s correct )she is originaly from Chiang Mai , many compliments to her and all the staff that made this holiday a memorable one .

Getaway ”
We flew into Krabi and got a deal on a return ferry ticket to Phi Phi in local travel shop, the beauty of buying here was it was an open ticket and not restricted to certain times. Think we paid 1900bhat. We could use any ferry going to Phi Phi also. You do have to pay an extra 200bhat PP to get to Laemtong beach where The Holiday inn is. The check in was flawless ,the staff and manager made you feel special. The facilities were great. The breakfast buffet was unreal. All of the staff were so nice and very helpful. If I was going back I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

Lifetime Dream Accomplished and it did not disappoint! ”
Oh my goodness, what a lovely and special place this was. FIrst and foremost, the staff makes you family from the moment you arrive to seeming genuinely sad when you leave. The staff are absolutely LOVELY. The facilities are great, even during the recent economic tough times. The views and the beach are INCREDIBLE! We stayed a few days but will be coming back for half a month. You will not get a more special experience in all of Thailand, you must come here!

The resort is a bid unloved probably due to reduced number of staff due to covid but nevertheless, it is kept clean. The resort is undergoing some renovations as some villas are very dated. I think once the renovations are completed, it will be a sensational resort. Highly recommended the Beachfront villa, the beach is literally few steps from your porch and you can snorkel right there too. Staff and service were excellent. Buffet breakfast was average and I guess is due to very few guests (we went during off peak season). Highly recommended though if you are not a big breakfast eater.

Fantastic sceneries and beach with good bungalows”
Beach is excellent in front of this resort. There is pretty ok corals and beach is ok for swimming even at low tide. We had beach front bungalow/house and it was few meters from waterline at high tide, very nice! And sceneries from this place are absolutely fantastic. Resort is not anymore new but fairly well maintained.

Excellent stay, we had the sunset villa, what a view! Very relaxing. Quiet at night we slept really well. The facilities at the hotel are great, snorkeling right in front of the hotel was priceless. Good food and the staff is very helpful. Booking transportation with hotel it's included pickup and drop-off at the airport, very good.

Wonderful quiet place far from tourism mainstream, but...”
... but it didn't so smooth as I expected. I booked a boat transfer from Krabi to the resort and was properly confirmed. Unfortunately the resort didn't pass the booking to the transportation company and if I didn't call to follow up on my pick-up, no one would have come. Hotel staff said there was some "minor issues" with the booking system. I wouldn't call missing a customer booking as a minor issue! Additionally we've been offered the return transfer to Krabi with speedboat for 1,800 THB per person... too bad that the staff omit to inform us that they also had a long tail boat connecting to the main ferry pier for 300 THB. We had to find out by ourselves on the day of departure. The stay was nice, the place lovely, but this lack of attentions to details have been somehow irritating and honestly apologies won't be enough to make me pick this place again.

Great beach front hotel with several swimming pools and activities which can be arranged through staff at reception. The hotel grounds and villas are in need of a renovation, which they have commenced. A lot of the villas were closed off for this reason. It will be fabulous once they complete the renovation project. Given the reduced number of guests staying at the hotel, the sunset restaurant was closed and the Sunset Bar only opened for sunset (5-7pm) We had a sunset pool villa which was great. The room and dipping pool was a decent size and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and the food at Jimmy’s Cafe was good. The breakfast buffet was small, however the egg cooking station produced nice omelettes. I would return to Phi Phi Holiday resort and recommend it as a place to stay on the island.

Great if you love serenity ”
Make sure youre aware of the location. One issue we faced is that you need to get a long boat from phi phi ferry terminal, two companies do speed boat trips there but it’s not disclosed upon booking. It’s quite far from the main area of phi phi, there is a shuttle twice a day but it’s 200tb each way. It’s great for a quiet relax but don’t expect much to happen here.

Location not good, too far from phi phi main island... have to travel an hour with boat from holiday inn to main phi phi island...for which I have to hire boat by itself that costs 200 THB per person... very expensive... hotel doesn’t provide any transfers to Ton Sai ( main phi phi area) , food below average... no other restaurant near by. They take last order till 9:00 pm only...

Urine stain on toilet ring, room condition old and not spacious. Bed mattress too soft. Small swimming pools. But great beach, can swim or snorkeling on the beach area. Can borrow snorkeling masks for free.
