"The service provided by the host (MU Home & Travel) was awesome, definitely helpful and very clear direction for self check in. Much appreciated! 👍👍👍👍👍 However, the management of Windmill was a disappointment. They certainly followed SOP set by government which controlled the crowd, ensuring social distance between people. Aside from following SOP, they did nothing else to provide the best experience to thier guest. They make them wait outside of thier facilities, forming long queue, where booking wasn't allowed, U CAN ONLY WAIT THERE. We even went to the sky deck to check for more than 3 times ended up still not able to enter the deck, all the responses were same "U WILL HAVE TO QUEUE AND REGISTER YOUR NAME HERE. ONCE REGISTERED, U WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ONE MORE HRS." I sincerely hope the management of Windmill can change the registration procedure, could be creating an e-form (GOOGLE FORM ETC.) allow the guests to make booking bfr entering Yr facilties. We definitely know that following SOP is important, but there's always a better way rather than queue and wait for hours. I hope your know that we booked this place because of your sky deck, which believe it is the unique selling point of Windmill. If the guests can't even enter the facilities, then it will be nothing more that worth the value. "

"Booked the Studio unit but not as seen as the picture shown, felt a bit disappointed. Amenities in the room are quite complete, from DVD player to ironing board are all well prepared .The unit is consider clean but the pillow is not in shape and I recommend it's time to get a new one : ) "
