Traveled here for the New Year of 2021 and it's still amazing! I love this location and the amazing front desk staff Maria. It has always been comfortable, clean, and accommodating with reasonable prices. Definitely stay here if you are in the Dallas-FW-Irving area.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now during COVID and both times has been a treat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and always come with extra pillows, blankets, and has full kitchen utensils and cookware. The staff (especially Maria) is kind, fun, and professional. Definitely recommend the stay here!

As a 5 star hotel, it was decent for the price we got it for and the cleanliness alone was worth it. The upsides were the staff are friendly & fun, amazing beds, wonderful bathroom, and separated spaces in the hotel room. However, because of COVID, all the amenities were closed and breakfast was to go (as expected.) Some downsides were: The kitchenette was very small, living room sofa was uncomfortable, and whenever you or a neighbor ran the water there was thudding in the walls which woke me up. All in all, I still recommend this hotel. It was worth it to us because it was far enough away from downtown and close enough to Carrollton where we ended up most of the time.

I booked our hotel for the day we were flying in. I wasn't using my head and thinking that since we were flying in after midnight, I needed to book the room for THAT day, of course I wasn't realizing that I needed it the day we took off, as most hotels do not allow you to check in until the afternoon of that day. As soon as I realized my error, I called to reschedule or cancel, even though they were booked, they wouldn't allow me to cancel either without fully charging me. Aside from that, being able to talk with someone who speaks English would've been nice. Anyway, very expensive lesson learned. I understand a 24 hour cancellation policy, but sometimes, policies should be taken case by case.
