Superb location, clean hotel with modern decor”
Stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great experience. Being right smack in the city centre, key points of interest eg the Duomo is just a few minutes’ walk away. Also very near to the train / bus station - a great base for taking public transportation. Tons of food options around, and the location is lively even at night. Furnishing was impressive, and cleanliness was on point. Special shout-out to the toilet, which was very spacious. And the bed was amazing! It was so comfy and made for restful sleep. Air-conditioning, wifi worked well with no issues. Hotel staff were pleasant. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a centrally-located stay.

Perfect location, few minutes walk from train station and attractions. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very spacious, nice and clean. Highly recommended.

A precious gem in the heart of Florence. ”
No words can describe how perfect our visit to Florence, when we stumbled upon this beautiful hotel, located in the center just 5 minutes walking from the train station. You can spot this hotel easily with flags raising in the busy center of Florence. The hotel is classy, with a very warm interior, suits the Italian mood you’re in. The staff were super helpful and the hotel provided great service to their guests. Room is spacious, filled with amenities and super clean too. Toilet is too die for with marble finishing and nice Hollywood glam mirror. The lobby is cute but the lounge is super spacious to have a drink or two and to relax after a long walk around the city. Just a walking distance to Piazza Duomo, Gucci Garden, Uffizi Museum and Museum De Academia. We rented a car and the hotel provided us with a valet service that take your car at the lobby and get it ready when you need them the next day. We had a good stay in this hotel and definitely will be back!

The hotel’s interior was modern and comfy, the staff were super friendly they were just like family! The breakfast was okay not bad, the rooms were spacious, the services were lovely, Claudio and Laura (at the reception) were super friendly and helpful! The location was great, everything was near.

The location is great, just on the border of the central area which makes it relatively quiet but still very close to everything, including the train station. We loved the design and breakfast was also very nice. Staff is also very welcoming and helpful

The location is amazing, its minutes walk to the domo and train station. The breakfast buffet has a big variety, however, staying for a week it did not change. They repeat the exact same foid and set up every day. It got boring.

Wonderful and the staff made it exceptional”
I feel from my answers above it you can see it was marvelous. We orginally stayed at the hotel for our first 4 days in Italy and returned for a night on our way back to Rome. Everything was within walking distance and because of that we were able to see Florence at it's best. The staff booked reservations and gave us directions without a fuss and even booked a hotel in Rome for us as our Italian isn't the best. Thank you once again for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at your hotel again if I ever given an opportunity to visit Florence again.

1st time back in years and was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Location was great being very close to the Doumo, train station, shopping and restaurants. Only complain is the room being a bit small which seems to be the general complain of hotel in Italy. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It would be nice if free wifi is made available. Totally will come back again.

Great Hotel Location but bad service ”
I have 2 luggages when check in, then they assign a room that need to walk up half floor of staircase. we request to change room that no need to walk up staircase but they refuse say it fully book. Then they said can carry the bag to our room. So we ok with that. But during check out the staff refuse to carry the same luggages down because said it too heavy 25kg. And very rude ask to to carry ourself. When we ask the name then he refuse to give us and just walk away. Very bad in service. If they assign a room that no need to walk staircase i can carry the luggages myself then will not end with this bad situation.
