Clean, comfy, budget accommodation for the Florence part of our European trip. Very nice staff, especially the lovely breakfast girl, who worked so hard every morning. Easy to access public transportation close by.

Location is very far from Florence Centre. The property is quite old. The price was the only best thing about the hotel.

Bed was comfortable and the room was small but nothing to worry. The problem was the bathroom, door very small and an extremely uncomfortable shower. The wifi didn’t work and the air conditioner was terrible. But worth it for the price.

It's a residential area so your quite out of the city. However the tram is 5 minutes away and comes frequently. Its about 25mins to the city centre with the tram.

Don't go here during summer. V hot and no ac! And if you open the door a lot of mosquitos rush in. Not recommended

Siamo arrivati nell'orario segnalato e non avevano la camera pronta, struttura hotel molto deludente e vecchia , vista su un depuratore dismesso, camere con mobili datati e fatiscenti , parcheggio con posti auto limitati, non garantiscono il parcheggio , colazione con prodotti scadenti , con la linea T 1 è facile raggiungere il centro…..Brutta esperienza , da non ripetere!

Wifi was not working, the lighting in the toilet was sparkling all the time, the air conditioning was blowing out warm air, and what's worst, the bed lining make our legs so red and itchy. Definitely the worst hotel I have been. Paying for painfulness.

The worst hotel in my life. Guest has to risk all money & safety for staying here because...”
1. When I complained to be frozen by the disorder of heating system at midnight, night staff told to wait until next morning and did not take any measure. Next morning, hotel manager aggressively argued that they did not feel any apology and responsibility on my frozen and 2 hour sleep and showed very hostile attitude/gesture like racism or segregation against foreigner. They are shamed of taking whole hotel fee under the probable support of other agency and the negligence of Agoda. It is why I assumed they may be Italian Mofia. 2. Heating fan made loud noise and I could unintentionally hear all noises until midnight and normal conversation of your next room anytime because probably the walls of room may be made of thin wood plate. 3. Multi users could not connect Internet simultaneously; means almost impossible to get Wi-Fi connection at my room.

Hotel Corolle - Florence”
Plenty of free parking in their own secure parking lot on the hotel grounds is a big plus. If you choose the cheapest rate/room, don't expect "The Ritz". I had a smart TV in the room, but they do not allow any online access, so TV channels was the only thing available. The internet was very intermittent, so in order to use my laptop, I had to use my phone as a hotspot. I managed ok.

The stay was nice if you compare the price they offered. If budget is your constraint and you just want a place to sleep in, then go for it. The room was decent-sized and clean. There is nothing much you can expect at 53 Euros in a place like Florence.

Facility is old. Its a decent stay. AC was working for us. We had issues with the Wi-Fi, it was very slow, weak, kept disconnecting. They were unable to resolve this. We had a blackout for a few minutes during the first day of our stay. The hotel is 5 mins walk from tram and about 30 mins to Florence centre. It is an ok and decent place to stay in if you’re on a budget and just want to have a place to sleep.

The good things about this hotel is that staffs are really friendly and the location is super convenient. The hotel is quite old. However, we only stay for 1 night and we did have a very decent sleep. I think it is still an acceptable hotel for someone who is not picky.
