Near the Firenze SMN station which is good if you wish to take a trip outside Florence. Hotel has good breakfast, hot stream of water when you shower and wifi. It’s clean and covid protocol is implemented. But for myself I always sue out my hotel room when I get in

Excellent ”
We booked a triple room which is spacious and very clean. Very close to the train station. However the room we had, the shower cubicle is very small and please caution floor is very slippery when wet. There’s a minimart and a very good steak restaurant downstairs. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in a super great location. Very basic hotel. Toilet was Super small and water will flood outside the bath area. No water boiler in room and if hot water is needed, you’ll need to proceed to the pantry area. Hot and cold water, juice and left over crossiant was available for free all day. Breakfast was the same everyday at the hotel.

Centrally located hotel in Florence”
delle nazioni hotel is located just next to the train station and hence is a brilliantly located place to stay. everywhere is within walking distance and the hotel serves a wonderful buffet of breakfast which is a welcomed change in florence. service is prompt and courteous and everyone speaks luent english which is great for communication purposes. request for a high floor and facing the train station. although a bit noisy, you get the gorgeous view of the duomo if you are able to get the rooms on the highest floor.

Delle Nazioni Hotel Florence”
Booked Delle Nazioni because it was near to the train station. I actually mistakenly booked the wrong dates and the duty staff Mr Sandro was the best when he worked out of his way to help me contact the booking office to correct my booking. Mr Sandro was one of the nicest guys we ever met in our entire trip! The room was huge (but had no view) but that was just 1 of the very few faults we could find with the hotel. Internet was free and working very well plus they had computer terminals for free surfing for those without their own laptops. Will definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located near to Florence's Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, Hotel Della Nazioni greets guests with their really friendly staff, who kindly prepared a city map of Florence for us. Check in was speedy without much hassle, and tourist information regarding visits to The Mall (popular branded outlet store) is available on the notice board near the elevators. The hotel is walking distance away from the Santa Maria Novella Cathedral, and to the shopping area. The breakfast selection is not too vast but it's more than adequate. The room we had was spacious, with lots of extra floor space for big luggages.

Love the room and its near to station”
The room is same as the photo posted. I am surprise that the hotel give us surprise gift (a bottle of wine) to celebrate our honeymoon in Florence. The room is clean and comfortable. Both of us love the view from our room, we can see the station and sunrise from our room. The hotel is near to the station and the staff giving us 10% discount on the restaurant beside the hotel. We have a pleasant stay and we will stay again for the next visit in Florence.

Nice location and great service”
The hotel is just to the right of the train station. It will take about 3 mins walk to the hotel from the train station. I got a room with balcony. The view was excellent and the room was big and spacious. The bathroom was nice and there is a bathtub in the room too. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy and without hassle. There is no kettle in the room but the staff was very helpful and gave us hot water for coffee and cup noodles. Internet in the hotel is also fast and stable. The best thing is the breakfast is really great! Although there is not alot of variety, but the scrambled eggs was one of the best I have tasted. It was really an enjoyable and great stay. To summarize Pros 1) Hotel location was great. Attractions are within walking distance and the train station is just a stone throw away. 2) Breakfast is great 3) Staff is very friendly and helpful 4) Wifi is fast and stable 5) Computers are available in the business centre if necessary. There is also some board games near the lobby for you to pass time if required 6) Vending machines are available for snacks, water or drinks 7) There is a convenience store by the corner if you require any necessaries. 8) Bus terminal to the outlet is just around the corner 9) A few restuarants nearby for food and drinks 10) Great view from the balcony, there is a table and 2 chairs for you to enjoy a glass of wine while looking at the scenery. 11) Walking distance to almost all the attractions 12) When the windows are closed, you do not hear any noise from the trains nor from the other rooms. Cons There is some steps before you reach the lobby and you might have to carry your lagguage up the steps before you can reach the front desk. Other than this, I do not find anything bad about the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety for breakfast. Located near the train station and bus terminal. Very convenient for getting in and out of Florence and around Tuscany. Attractions weren't exactly far away. In fact, the best way to explore Florence is on foot. So once you get to Basilica di Santa Maria Novella, it's just a matter of walking down a couple of streets to go from one attraction to another.
