Very Disappointing”

A hotel with 5 stars you expect a certain standard. The only 5 stars we can give are for the swimming pool and the parking. The hotel are completely run down. The rooms are definitely a standard not worth many stars. Not even a clock radio neither coffee maker. Bath room - was probably nice 20 years ago. Water taps give nearly no water - hot water not existing. Air conditions are the type you put in the wall (not split or central) air plugs should be supplied, sound like helicopter. Culinary restaurant the only culinary are the prices - meals can not be recommended. The staff not or very bad instructed. It could be so good but fail in all aspects of a 5 star hotel.

Por ese precio me he quedado en hoteles 5 estrellas. ”

El TV, aire y baños de nuestro cuarto no servían tienen los años del hotel, el staff es muy regular, no ayudan para nada. El desayuno es regular, más bien malo. No me volvería a quedar aquí por ese precio. NO paguen más de 200.000 pesos la noche por quedarse ahí. Lo bueno la ubicación y la piscina.
