The friendly staff from the restaurant, the diner, the view.
The noise coming from the other rooms, the walls were very thin and you could hear every move from the other rooms.

Loved the garden and jacuzzi. The restaurant was very high-end. Dinner on both days was amazing! The place was small enough that it didn't feel like a "hotel". Perfect.
The two men (the oldest) who worked there were nice but a little "strict" so my daughter (11) found them...not exactly scary but not approachable either.

Wellness area is great and nice family run hotel and fantastic breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner
Needed to use hotel shuttle to get to the lists - it did run to schedule and was easy to use.

I absolutely loved the service and staff! In all of my years traveling I have never had such an amazing stay at a hotel! The staff was very friendly and kind. They help me do something special for my wife’s birthday on a last minute notice. Absolutely the best.
