Perfect location”
Hotel Home was magnificent. The only thing I would fault is the size of the rooms, just a tad small for a couple. All else, staff, cleanliness, modern features, location, breakfast, was excellent. Thoroughly recommend this accomodation to first time Florence travellers and all travellers.

Hotel home Florence is a modern boutique hotel with a friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The view from the 4th floor was spectacular. Close to the sights we lived coming back for our mandatory naps.

A Gem of a Hotel”
While still a part of the historical center of Florence, I find that this place is in the periphery of the city center where tourists tend to flock. Nonetheless, anyone with a good pair of legs will find this hotel to be located within a reasonable distance. It is in the same block as the Church of Santa Croce but it is a big block. I walk slow to appreciate the place more. So this is a good 10 minute walk from the church to the hotel. This place is predominantly white. And it was very interesting that the white interiors gave a vision of more space of what it could have been had the walls been painted differently. I thought that the interior design was very refreshing given that this was once noble home of a Florentine family. By and large, the staff I met were very capable. Very helpful. With very good education, work experience and reasonable knowledge of good places to see in this magnificent city. Most come from different parts of Italy and are quite interesting to chat with about this city and the history of the country, at large. They also attract a very good set of clients. A more sophisticated lot. And generally, in their late 30s to early 50s. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were excellent. The Aircon worked good in my room and so did the other features of the room like the 32" flat screen TV, etc. Cons : - the pillows were too flat and seemed overused for me. - the bathroom shower does not have a full enclosure hence water splattered when I showered. - there was not enough space to put my toiletries. A couple of shelves would have been useful.

All staffs I met in the hotel from reception to restaurant were all very helpful & friendly. They explained & provide sufficient information for my walking tour in Florence. The room is clean & very comfortable. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to most of attraction point in Florence. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Florence again.

Good Service Hotel”
Hotel Home Florence provided us with excellent customer service, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although the design of the hotel bathroom was not very good, considering the water from shower will flow out to the floor tiles at the basin area. The breakfast was of wide selection with some homemade pastries which was delicious. Enjoyed the stay at Hotel Home Florence!

Very nice staff and breakfast”
Staff in the hotel are very helpful and nice. We arrived the hotel and the staff provided a lot of information for us, as we did not plan anything in Florence, it is very useful information and very warm welcome. There is the booklet at the room and it stated some restaurants they recommended, we do not have a chance to try but the list seems quite helpful though. The breakfast is good quality and they also served hot drinks. It is around 20 - 25 mins walk to the train station so I cannot rate 5 star for that column but overall we will definitely stay there again if we go to Florence. .

Nice cozy hotel”
Very cozy hotel. Room is nice and clean. Staff are very attentive and accomodating. It's a long walk to the center though but the bus stop is very near to the hotel (line 23). Access to the roof deck provides a very good view of Florence, especially during sunset.

Great spot on the edge of the historic town”
Booked the suite at the last minute which had a view over the ropes to the historic Florence. Stunning room, lovely decor and comfort. Easy walk into the main part of the city. Breakfast was fantastic. Only issue is the breakfast area is quite small and we had to come back to get a seat.

Gorgeous White-Rose Themed Boutique Hotel...”
I chose this hotel because of it's design and location. It is basically a White-color Hotel with Rose Motif on everything. After checking in, the A/C in our room started leaking so the reception came up to change room for us. I understand white is a very hard color to maintain so I didn't really mind the little details that have turned a bit off-white. I love the Rose shaped knob on the drawers, on the closet, the white heart shape on the curtain, the white and crystal deco in the dining room and lobby. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing but you can get used to it very quickly. Breakfast spread was decent, the lady who served Coffee was super friendly and always greeted every guest Bonjourno and offered us coffee of our choice. It is also located about 10 min walk to one of the major site... reception staff was very nice and well-groomed as well. They also helped us to call taxi whenever we needed. And also helped us book a Tuscany Wine tour. The rooftop balcony is Room No. 1000 and the view was magnificient up there. You can see the Duomo from there and the reception lady even offered us 2 glasses of White Wine Complimentary from the hotel due to the room change. I Would recommend it for couples to stay as a base to explore Florence on a romantic trip.

An excellent place to have a vacation in Florence ”
Absolutely comfortable stay. Only the bathroom was a little uncomfortable because it was a special needs room. Very close to the fun part of florence and has a bus station close by (Zecca Vechia). Clean hotel and a lovely breakfast as well.

Butique hotel with excellent staff”
Excellent staff esp Adrana, Caterine and Michele who assisted us every single time. Breakfast is nice. If you are addicted to internet, then yoy may get frustrated with the connection. It is walking distance to the historical part of the city. If you rent a car, parking is a bit hassle. Hotel offers a valet parking with 27€ per day.

A beautiful different place to stay”
The Hotel Home was terrific. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Breakfasts were good and it was always nice to come home to the wine and hors d'oeuvres at 6. We completely enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful honeymoon in Florence”
It was very nice time in Florence. Me and my wife are satisfied with the service of the hotel. The suite room has wonderful balcony city view. It is highly recommended for couples.
