Most amazing spa facilities I have seen. So many options I don’t think I saw it all. Views of the Dolomites from the pool was spectacular. Food was excellent. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Bed was comfy.

I wish the window was a little more centralized (or even bigger) in the room it was difficult to see out of and enjoy.

Where to start? The location, the view from the hotel, the wellness facilities, the room, the food (both breakfast and dinner), the cosiness of the bar (with live piano music), absolutely everything was exceptional

exceeded expectations in all respects - room was beautiful and well appointed (after we asked for a different t one) - amazing view and location - breakfast was excellent - they helped us book a mountain bike tour

PERFECT location! ten minute drive to Gardena pass and within an hour drive of other hikes! staff was amazing! GET THE HALF BOARD the food was delicious!!

only thing I didn’t like was that the sauna opened late and closed early!

Everything was absolutely amazing, this place is pure magic. Such nice people that work there, an outstanding interior, and breath taking surroundings and nature with a beautiful pool looking at Dolomites. I will be back for sure.

staff at the dinner were a little bit in the rush we check in around 8pm and went for dinner after 9:30 we felt like everything was to fast .

Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. I never review places in this much detail, but by god I feel like I'm doing a disservice if I don't. My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a few nights in the newer Deluxe Junior Suite room, which sure, comes with a price tag; But it was worth Every. Single. Cent. The view is actually (somehow) better than the glimpse you get against the room selection, but you can use your imagination based on the other pics available. The pool and outdoor areas are also more stunning in real life than the images suggest. It's a spectacular corner of the world. The Deluxe Junior Suite was amazing, with everything thought of down to the smallest detail (like amazing fruit/treats everyday). The in room sauna and hot tub on the balcony were phenomenal. Extremely comfy bed, walk in closet, bathrobes etc. Spacious lounge, huge bathroom, massive balcony. We originally planned to see the area, but ended up (bar a few quick outings) staying in the hotel for our entire 3 night stay. If you want to lay around and relax, the pool, deck or spa options are a plenty. Pay for the halfboard, it is very much worth it for the price. The food in general was amazing, with dinner being a 4 course fine dining experience plus a massive (and fantastic) selection of entree foods from a buffet. The breakfast was similarly amazing, with every option you could possibly want. In general the facilities were extremely impressive, like the bar and live pianist at night, and the staff were very attentive and quite literally amazing. I'm not one to walk around in a robe for a few days, but damn this place made it comfortable. We'll certainly be back, even if I have to sell a kidney to get the same room.

Not all the rooms have the same quality - Rooms in the older part of the hotel are average and overprized - Better ask for a room in the new wing!

Property is beautiful. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our beds and room very comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Wish the outdoor spa could stay open a little later in the summer so you can watch the sunset if you’d like.

Unbelievable. One of the most gorgeous places I have been in my life. The pool and outdoor area is beyond luxury. The views are spectacular, food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer!
