        un po’ fatiscente nelle camere e sala colazione, in una camera lavandino intasato e sciacquone che perdeva. mancanza di bollitore, set cortesia molto scarso. camere molto rumorose . non erano insonorizzate, si sentiva ogni rumore del corridoio e della festa nella sala .

        Bella struttura situata ai margini di Grottaferrata, facilmente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, silenziosa, accogliente, parcheggio interno, camere ampie e confortevoli, letti comodi, colazione con prodotti freschi, sia dolci (prevalentemente cornetti e simili, ma disponibili anche fette di torta) che salati (salumi e formaggi), oltre a un’ottima macedonia di frutta fresca. I proprietari gestiscono anche un eccellente ristorante sito a pochi minuti a piedi, che vale assolutamente la pena provare

        Colazione abbondante e variegata servita rispettando le normative anti-covid. Struttura storica immersa nel verde di un magnifico giardino curato nei minimi particolari. Parcheggio ampio. Camera spaziosa.
        Purtroppo la dimora storica non prevede un ascensore.

        La location e la struttura sono da sogno, comodo parcheggio
        Ho prenotato una stanza con vasca idromassaggio, accertandomi con un messaggio diretto alla struttura, che la prenotazione avesse queste caratteristiche. Purtroppo regalo non riuscito in quanto la vasca aveva il tappo rotto e non funzionava il motore. Al racconto in reception non hanno rimediato in nessun modo, e per me, che sono del settore, mi rileva una mancata professionalità e ospitalità. Inoltre il posacenere esterno era sporco da sigarette del soggiorno precedente ed il telecomando Sky, previsto nei servizi della struttura, assente.
