La stanza assegnata non era quella prenotata attraverso Booking. Avevo prenotato una stanza di 25 mq (eravamo in 4) con due ambienti separati e un balcone. Ci hanno assegnata una stanzetta molto piccola al piano terra con una piccola finestra. Ho fatto subito presente al personale la situazione ma in modo molto scortese mi è stato riferito che purtroppo tutte le stanze erano occupate, senza nemmeno scusarsi o dare una qualche minima spiegazione. Poco gentili e per nulla professionali. Peccato

l’accoglienza non è stata per niente accomodante. siamo stati accolti da una signore che quasi ci ha fatto paura. avevamo anche paura di respirare. la stanza era costituita dal solo letto mentre il bagno era ok. la colazione buona ma servita in maniera del tutto sbagliata. sembrava quasi la casa delle streghe. consiglierei all host di cambiare il personale soprattutto per sensibilizzare il fatto che le persone “ al di quanto paghino” sono in vacanza e non possono essere trattate in questo modo . non lo consiglio è non ci tornerò
