Beautiful small hotel in the heart of Florence”
We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They called taxis for us and even held our bags for 2 days when we went to visit Milan. The rooms were small but updated and had all that we needed. Keep in mind most all of the hotels in Florence are small. Definitely have the breakfast included! The food was delicious! It was sit down but you could have whatever you wanted and it came within minutes. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, the SMN train station, the marketplace and maybe a 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, and Acadamia and Uffizi Galleries. Enjoy!

I had a really good stay at the hotel Laurus al Duomo. -The staff was really attentive and kind during my stay. - The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing (and yummy!) with an incredible view. - My room was nice and clean. Fantastic stay and delicious breakfast”
This hotel is in the middle of everything. You start the day with a beautiful balcony view and a delicious breakfast. We walked through the entire city and whenever we shopped around, the hotel was always in the vicinity (5-15 min walk) to drop the bags in our room, use the facilities and get on to explore the city without losing valuable time. Everyone in the hotel was always so nice and helpful. We changed rearrange our Italy road trip to stay one more night in this hotel and enjoy the city.

Exceptional”
This hotel is centrally located to everything! The train station is a 5 minute walk. We walked to the Pitti Palace & Boboli Gardens & the Duomo is all but next door. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it feels like an exceptionally safe part of town. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

An excellent choice for staying in Florence”
The hotel has an excellent location in the historical centre of Florence. It is about 10 minutes walk from the central station and some seconds (!) walk from the Cathedral. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great for the value”
I can’t thank the staff enough. The bartender in the evening on the hotel terrace is wonderful and recommended a bunch of places for me to go! The woman at the front desk, and forgive I didn’t get her name, she has light brown/dirty blonde hair, was the sweetest. She made me feel so at home when I checked in. Thank you for a wonderful stay here! P.S. The terrace view is adorable!

Hotel With A View”
This is a stellar hotel. The staff is excellent, friendly & prepared to assist & follow up. There is 24/7 access to them which was important for late nights & early departures. Cleanliness was top & the location could not be better. Whether a few days or longer, the top 10 attractions are mere steps away. The rooftop provided views of the Duomo & to the city. Agoda had competitive rates & the hotel more than lived up to it's reputation.

We had a great stay. The location is amazing & very close to the city. Florence is already an easy town to walk, but being centrally located and right next to the Duomo makes it that much better! The front desk was very helpful in everything we needed! Definitely would come back and stay again!

Perfect location, close to everything. Most sights in Florence require walking a lot, this hotel is perfect located, especially when tired, you can go back to hotel to rest for a while before heading back again. Hotel staff and very helpful. Breakfast is not too much choice, just just right for a morning start. Would recommend:)

Small and cozy hotel in the best location right next to the Duomo, so no way to get lost. Very nice and clean and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location is great. 5 minutes walk from cathedral 10 minutes from Train station. Breakfast is covered but almost boring. We stayed for 5 days and have the same thing for the whole stay...um..... Hotel staff are very polite and nice.

Hotel with good breakfast”
Hotel room was quite basic but big. Toilet bowl has a hair strand when I first entered the room. When I run the water to fill the bathtub, it was consistently filled with dirt. But if you bathe with the shower head, water is clean. Other than that, the bed is very comfy and breakfast was really good with good view of Duomo. Staff are polite and nice with fast response to enquiries
