Quaint, charming and comfortable ”
We loved this place, the staff were super kind and friendly, they are very good at English and gave great suggestions on where to visit and when. Anything we wanted to go see was a short walk from the hotel. It was in a good neighborhood and very clean. It also came with a delicious breakfast. The WiFi was a little slow and sometimes I'd lose the internet, but obviously I didn't come to Italy to watch Netflix. Seriously, this was a great place.

We arrived later than we thought. So we called the night time number and the girl was so sweet and helpful!!! Breakfast is really simple but most importantly they have tea and coffee. The breakfast is only 5€ a day which is reasonable for what you get.

The location is perfect. In the heart of the city. We were going everywhere by walking. Our room was clean and tidy, Just that it was a little bit colder than outside. And also at night we could hear a loud noise like someone was hitting something on the wall, We could't locate where the sound was coming from.- I wasn't disturbed by it, but my brother was furious. lol I would probably come again, and I would also recomend it. It is decent for its price.

Even if this hotel has only one star, it offers extremly good quality for the money that it asks. Very clean and tidy, perfect if you are looking for somewhere to sleep and take a shower. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the center or Florence. Would recommend.

Friendly Receptionist!”
When we first got to the hotel, we were completely put off, as there was construction going on inside the actual building (not the hotel, but the building). I know these things happen and out of their control, but getting there and seeing that was a bit of a shock. After a bit of a debate with my partner, we decided to still go in, and was met by a very friendly receptionist. She was very helpful in getting us settled and drawing up a map for us on how to get to the main attractions and what the best times etc are to visit them. If it wasn't for her, i don't think we would have had such a nice stay, but she was absolutely wonderful!!

Value for money in the heart of Florence”
Great value basic accomodation in Florence. It was a bit weird having a shower inside the room, with no separating wall/screen or anything. It's located on 2nd floor of an older building with no lift, so may be not so great if you are travelling with kids/older traveller. That said, can't really complain since it's cheap(er)

The location is in the heart of the city center, the room was nice, simple and clean. The shared bathrooms were clean. It would be nice if they provided basic cleaning like shampoo or soap. Also, if they had a fridge in the shared kitchen/eating area it would have been a good idea! The staff were very polite and friendly! :) , in general, we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay, funky washroom ”
We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and eager to help, the room had air conditioning and was a fair size for 2 people. Be warned: the washroom is completely separate from the room, dormitory style. The shower in the washroom was pretty much right over the toilet with just a drain in the floor, so showering was not ideal. Other than that we were happy with our stay!

Perfect location, close to bus stops, 10min walk to main train station. Room and shared bathroom were clean, the air con was not good - couldnt adjust the temperature (it was 36 degrees outside and the room wouldnt go below 32degrees) so we were very hot the 6 nights we stayed. There was no breakfast at all and also no elevator, so we carried suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Staff were lovely - especially Giovanni.

Friendly staffs and a neat room”
No elevator was the only thing that I didn’t like about this hostel. The location was not perfect but good to walk to SMN station or the dome. Shared bathroom was always clean and not busy at all. The room we stayed was also clean and cozy. I like that. Most of all, the staff was really sweet and helpful! Also thank you for the snowball(pisa)!

Quaint hotel”
Location is about 20 mins walk from the Uffizi. There is a bus stop nearby with direct bus to the train station. The hotel check-in is self service, which we had to check-in online and get a door code before the day of arrival. Rooms are located at the first and second floor of the apartment with no lift access. The ensuite double room is spacious but the bathroom room is very small.
