I would say nice and value for money. I came to Rome for university conference. As a student from Asia with limited budget, this hotel provided the most comfortable room and WIFI service. I just back to hotel to sleep at night and went off in the morning. The hotel is quite small for a family group but it near to Metro station. Just 200 m from the hotel and travel Rome by train is just perfect for me....

Great value, cheap, friendly hotel”
Stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst exploring Rome. It's located approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station in Rome, on the third floor of an apartment block. It is also a very short walk to the metro station, and around 20 minutes to the Colosseum. The rooms were spacious for the price with large bathroom and AC. Reception were helpful and allowed baggage storage before check in and after check out. Overall, it was everything we needed for a budget, sightseeing break in Rome

my son (18) my mother (70+) and myself (45) shared one room. the room is not big and it is not too much space between the 3 beds, however if the intention is to see rome and not the hotel room it is good value for the money. the staff is very friendly and helpful. you get free coffe/tea,bottled water and croissant eventhough breakfast is not included. it is very close to the metro and tram and with walking distance to colosseum. the street outside is rather busy so if you are easily disturbed you might find it too noisy, but i slept like a baby. rooms have aircon, tv, hairdryer, fridge etc the only thing that i was missing was wi-fi.

Close to the metro station, but long way walking from the central train station. (Shortcut's road condition is not suitable for people with suitcases) There is an elevator; however, there are also steps that you need to get down and get up. So if you have heavy suitcases and not so young, i don't prefer. Beside that, everything was good. Room & washroom condition was very clean and neat, staffs were kind. it's quite at night, so good to have a nice good night sleep. Very famous ice-cream place is few steps away, also supermarket is close by.

The train station is just nearby, we got the tourist spots transportation tips from the lovely and friendly female receptionist, it helps a lot. Room is clean and comfortable. We like this hotel.

It is in a dirty and unsafe area as we feel uncomfortable walking at evening time. It also located at a complicate big building with different hotels and residents. The room is smelly and dusty. No customer services at all and you cannot find it as not front desk at door. You have to go inside the building to find it out.

Fue una instancia de cuatro noches con mi papá y realmente no tengo nada que decir en contra de este hotel. Quizá la zona no es la mas linda pero siempre esta la policia presente, esta a dos cuadras de la piazza Vittorio Emanuele y no tiene desayuno pero tienen un dispenser de cafe y te dejan en la habitacion siempre que la hacen dos croissant y dos aguas minerales. El internet anda perfecto, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme aqui!

Ottimo Hotel a 15 minuti dal colosseo”
Personale gentilissimo che fa subito sentirti come se fossi a casa, la stanza non era molto grande, ma per il prezzo pagato era più che ottima. Il pregio più grande secondo me però è la posizione, a prima vista il quartiere non sembra dei migliori, ma anche camminandoci di notte è parecchio tranquillo. Consiglio questo hotel a tutte quelle persone che vogliono spendere poco ed essere vicini alle attrazioni principali.

attenzione al phon”
Capisco che il prezzo sia alla mano, ma perl'importo pagato e per essere nel 2019 non è possibile non avere un phon decente in camera. Ho soggiornato a Roma 1 notte ma mi sono lavata i capelli e sono ho potuto asciugarmi i capelli con 10 g fuori perchè quello in dotazione funzionava per 30 secondi si e 5 minuti no. Ne ho chiesto uno di riserva e hanno detto che è normale che il phon funzioni cosi perchè è vecchio. Zero disponibilità.
