Wall is thin , so you can hear the noise from outside the window/neighborhood talked. Share bathroom. Overall just a place to sleep.

The staff are warm and welcoming. They even explain to me the tourist attraction to me. Considering the price I think it’s great, and the wifi is fast. But that night the power went off for a short moment. The staff swiftly fixed though. Not a big problem

Close to train terminal...but”
The pics are inaccurate, and from the site you get a distorted view. My experience is with room 21, with 3 twin beds and shared bathroom in the hall. Window is with view to 1930s-era beat up tile roof. You get a feel it’s 1950s in the room, just a sink in the corner by the window, no a/c either, just ceiling fan. The pros to this place is that you’re practically at the Santa Maria Novella piazza, there’s a cozy coffee shop across the entryway, and off to the right a mini market with 2x 1 euro 20oz water bottles. Elsewhere it’ll be 2-3 euro per bottle, as of October ‘19. No breakfast at this place but, again, across the street (28ft from the door) there’s a cappuccino and croissant for 3 euros. Also, pharmacy to the left of the coffee shop. This is convenient if you’ve got to get something quick. Omar the concierge is very knowledgeable. The lobby is up 6-7 flights of stairs, 3rd floor. Or take the elevator for hobbits, again from the 1950s. Price? Maybe I got fleeced at buck twenty/ea.

Everything is walking distance, the train station, Florence Cathedral, Piazza Pitti, etc. The hotel is pretty basic but it's a at least a good place to sleep in, have a good shower. Overall a pleasant stay.

Location was great, near the metro and near cafés, shops and main attractions. Hotel was pretty old/shabby and maybe in need of an upgrade. Would be nice to have blow dryer /clothes iron available.

A nice place for budget trip”
The hotel offers single room at unbeatable reasonable price. The location is good, just a few mins to central station. There is a big supermarket just opposite to the hotel that you can purchase anything very easily. Besides, it is quite near to attraction points in the city by walk. It is a wise and wonderful choice for budget travelers. :)

Hotel is close to Piazza SMN and station-convenient, BUT be prepared if coming in summer, no air con, fan only- windows need to open all night long- super noisy from street level. Couldn't sleep well at all

not worth the money..room is not very clean and next to the street..it was so noisy at night..the bathroom is super small and not very clean..i could see strands of hairs..not recommended
