Too old Hotel”
The hotel is very old and the rooms smells like mold, but are clean. the people are kind, Breakfast is very good colombian food. The price is high. Towels are OLD and disgusting. El hotel is muy viejo y las habitaciones y facilitis como el restaurante tienenolor a moho pero estan todo muy limpio. Los trabajadores y administrativos son muy amables y colaboradores. El desayuno es muy bueno. Las toallas tienen que cambiarlas porque son muy viejas y ya no tienen color. Son asquerozas!!!

It was convenient. ”
It was alright, the "free" breakfast sucked. Although there was still over an hour left for breakfast. Half the hot items were gone and not replaced, fruit was gone and not replaced. So all that was left was runny scrambled eggs, a few cut up hot dogs, cereal and bread.

Ok Hotel with potential, but a bit run down”
Arrived at the Hotel, checked-in and was shown to my room. Very disappointed in the standard of the room which as pointed out by the doorman "Is in a bad state and should not have been given to a client". The window which was full of fungi and grime due to lack of cleaning\maintenance could not be shut, hence, i got very little sleep friday and saturday night due to external noise\music! I was promised a replacement which was very slow in coming, i felt as if i had to complain a lot to get the room changed. And as that wasn't bad enough, on top of my already bad experience, theny tried to charge me for financee popping up to the room for 3omins. This I did not mind but point out that they should have made this clear beforehand, as my partner was not staying over-night, merely popping up to the room before we went out!

The hotel is good located with easy access from airport and other importent locations in the city. The rooms are nice with good space. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food and service in the resturent are very good. Ideal hotel for turisme and business in Baranquila.

Great Employees, Building could use touch up.”
The building is a bit dated, but it has character, and a beautiful pool area to lounge. The front desk folks were always trying to help, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, expect that in Barranquilla. All the employees were a good group of folks, one that made an impression was Nicholas, was a big help. The area around the hotel is so-so, during the day ok, maybe a bit shady after dark, decent location.

The people in the recption were very frienly, helpful and quick. It's in a good location and has a nice pool. The hotel is however more of a good three star hotel rather than a four star. It's located in an area where nearby there are many good and varied restaurants.

Lovely Hote”
1. Lovely Hotel in a very good location 2. Staff are absolutely superb and accommodating 3. Buffet breakfast is ok..but after a week you feel as if its the same food over and over again! 4. Had to chanhe my room as was placed facing the main stree which was VERY noisy...couldn't sleep. They changed it no problem! 5. Overall very good for a 4* hotel!

I was not in my room very much-but when i was the noise from the pool was pretty loud. The breakfast was just okay-first day they only had eggs-made 1 way. 2nd morning I had pancakes which were fine. overall a nice hotel in a good location
