Free parking,good security, meet hotel owner by coincidence, he and front desk staffs is very kind and good, room is very big and clean, every facilities are new just don’t have shampoo (2 in 1 shampoo & shower I think?). Very comfortable to stay and definitely will visit again. It’s still under renovation and more facilities to come! (Even under renovation also no noise at all)

Value for money.. Lift baru model mitsubishi.. bilik spacious.. Hotel tercanggih i ever seen. Ada Restoran, coffee n convenience shop. Parking banyak. Stand alone building. Full privacy. Staff very helpful. Wifi laju 800 mpa.. tv chanel best and clear.. High security, got night private security. Big lobby. Get cop promotion 10 time free 1 time. Peaceful and good for resting.

Friendly and helpful staff”
The front desk team were patient, friendly and knowledgeable about Raub and surroundings. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people (twin share) but one of our group dropped out. The staff at check in was kind enough to help us cancel one room and upgrade the other to a triple share at no extra charge. We booked through Agoda and they also explained all the details to me to get Agoda to execute the refund on the cancelled room. The staff also gave us a recommendation for a place to go jungle trekking / waterfall - Lata Lembik, and they also shared info with us on the durian seasons so we can plan our next trip! Thank you guys for the awesome stay!
