Located in a predestrian precinct, excekllent for shopping and seeing the main sights of Napoli. Cheap and expensive trattorias/osterias (il Gobbetto) nearby. Staff is helpful with bookings and references. Streetside is silent until 6:00 am, when the garbagecollection starts. Excellent price/quality , no frills bathroom, unnecessary pantry.

Naples Visit”

The elevator was not working and they needed some mosquito repellent measures installed in each room, they were quite unbearable.

Great Hotel”

Excellent, the lift was out of service, however the staff where very helpful. Only down side was the mosquitoes, but a mosquito zapper in each room near the terrace doors would fix this problem.

Average hotel with good location”

it was okay for two nights but the bathroom is small, the elevator did not work so we had to climb stairs with luggage, air conditioning was not cooling enough.

A nonfunctional mess”

Starts with elevator not working. Followed by air conditioning not working in my assigned room. They moved us but ac was useless, more like a fan. We had two rooms and the same for both. Showers don't even have a caddy to put your soap on. Towels are paper thin. All in all, this hotel stunk.

Our stay at Plebiscito was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing as the hotel is very close to the metro and main train station. There is a marina and castle at the bottom of the road from where you get a great view of vesuvius.

Lack of elevator/lack of wi-fi”

It was okay. However, there was no elevator/lift, and we were told we were on the 3rd floor - but after the climb up the steps to the 1st floor, and then the "1st floor" being labeled the floor above - we ended up on the 5th floor of a WALK-UP building with a lot of luggage; no bellhop, so the "girl" at the desk said she'd help us with our luggage, but we knew it would kill her. Only wi-fi in the small check-in lounge; no ability to even purchase wi-fi in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean but no need to change towels everyday and would be useful to have towel hanging in bathroom on return to hotel in the afternoon. No wi-fi in our bedroom. English speaking news channel in the bedroom would be good. Snacks and more alcohol choice in the mini bar would be good too.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were very helpful, providing a map and useful travel/sight-seeing/restaurant advice. My room was spotlessly clean. It was fine for one person, but this double room may be a bit cramped for 2. Breakfast was good, including fresh fruit and good coffee, as well as a variety of breads, pastries, yoghurts. The location was good, on a shopping street with restaurants nearby so I felt safe returning in the late evening, close to a bus stop, and not a long walk to metro or harbour or historic centre. I would return to this hotel.

We loved Napoli”

We loved our stay here. Max is an absolute gem and is very ably assisted by Nicco and RJ. From the moment we arrived to our departure these guys couldn't do enough for us.... thankyou so very much. The hotel itself is very well restored and quite modern, is very clean, and has a cute little elevator which was great for the luggage.We thoroughly recommend this Hotel for travelers.

Es necesario que el wifi, llege a las habitaciones, resulta pesado tener que bajar a conectarse a la zona comun (diminuto bar-recepción donde se sirven desayunos). El personal es eficiente y se esfuerza en ser amable y servicial.

Buono, comunque il WiFi non funzionava in camera ma solo nella hall. C'erano problemi anche con la ricezione dei canali Mediaset.

O hotel está bem localizado e esse foi o motivo pelo qual decidi hospedar-me nele. A região do hotel é rodeada por lojas, restaurantes e cafes. É excelente para quem busca shopping e diversao. O hotel em si deixou um pouco a desejar! O banheiro é um pouco velho e a doucha muito pequena. Se você esta acima do peso, tera problema para banhar-se, pois o boxe deve ter uns 70m2. Três coisas me deixaram bastante aborrecidas no hotel: Logo na chegada nos deparamos com uma grande barata, e mais tarde encontramos mais duas transitando pelo corredor. O nosso ar condicionado nao funcionava direito! A temperatura nao baixa mais 24c. Uma das noites nao pude dormir porque havia mosquitos! Outro ponto negativo, foi termos reservado quartos com camas separadas , mas isso nao foi o que nos disponibilizaram. Ah, o cafe da manhã é simples e servem no quarto, porque não há espaço suficiente na salinha/recepçáo. O wifi so funciona na entrada do hotel, assim temos que nos acumular na pequena recepção pra acessar a net. Enfim, esse hotel não estara na minha lista de escolha pras proximas férias.
