It is beautiful, wonderful views, clean

It was cold in the rooms, and I was cold the ehole night. There was an air conditioning but we realized that the next morning. No one heated the rooms in advance for us o it was a little bit unpleasant. And we booked this place because of the restaurant which was closed due to the date (around November 1st)

Comfortable hotel with nice pool and amazing view. Restaurant was excellent.

Really pretty accommodation with a beautiful view over the valley. The staff, especcially Vera, were very kind. The food and experience of the restaurant were excellent.

In our 5-day stay, there were 2 weddings. They included loud party’s till 03:00 AM. We spoke to the staff and they solved this very accurate. But good to know there are weddings in high-season.

Veronica, was a star as she spoke English and made our stay perfect! Room and pool and food were perfect!

No taxis locally available so stuck if you don't have a car

We spent one night in this hotel, it is a very beautiful and quiet place. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. Great choice. I recommend this place for 100% :-).

This place is a little gem. Family run hotel located on a hilltop with great views. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and that is the main attraction of this small yet beautiful complex.

Fantastic place with wonderful people, very beautiful garden, fresh products and comfortable rooms. We arrived late in the evening but the owner organized us a table in the garden with local products and bottle of fantastic wine.

This small country hotel was excellent. Both the spacious room with a nice bath tub and all necessary amenities as the restaurant with plenty of choices on the menu and an extensive wine list.

‏niNe view from the room. The breakfast was ready for us "to go" because we had to leave early. Not too far from Rome and the airport.

No one at the front desk. The room not maintenanced good enoug (balcony doors falling, the shawer head hang). Unfortunately the restaurant with the excellent reviews wasn't working because of the weekend).

Beautiful hotel! It has that old Italian charm and the staff are amazing. Veronica is a gem and Francesco is a very helpful and kind young man.! The restaurant is superb and the views are outstanding. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful garden area with a nice swimming pool, amazing views. The service ladies are very nice. Breakfast is very good (but you need to ask for everything, the only thing I had on my table was yoghurt and sweets - looked delicious) but after asking I also got good bread and amazing cheese - maybe service should ask the guests what they would like to have.

Well I did not get the room I booked, it was definitely a room in which was being smoked in the past - the smell was there all the time. My room “should” have been a non smokers room with a balcony (there was no balcony). The check in was the worst ever- I arrived and this young guy firstly didn’t speak english and told me “we don’t have the reservation” - having worked as a front desk agent for many years myself that’s something one should never ever tell a guest bluntly like this. He left the front desk (I assume to speak to someone who could help him) and tadaa somehow they had a room for me (obviously not the one I booked though). He brought me to my room and wanted to leave with giving me zero information. I had to stop him and ask about the wifi, breakfast hours and the pool. Really not good to be honest - if someone checks in who speaks english and you do not, than at least be prepared and give some kind of printed information. The internet was very spotty, only worked on occasion and if it worked it didn’t work well. The bathroom is very dark and unfriendly, the mattress is not good (not firm anymore) and the air conditioning did only make loud noises but I didn’t feel any cooling effect at all. On check out day I went to the front desk for paying and there was no one there, there is a bell I rang for at least 10 times but no one came. I had to search the hotel for staff (which I found in the kitchen like 20 minutes later) and then the service employee told me that the front desk is just for giving the keys - little advice: tell this during check in or at least put up a sign telling the guests where to go for check out. All in all I would say that I did pay to much for whatever that room was supposed to be.

the place is a a hidden gem. tastefully decorated, super clean , the staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast was limited of choice but very nice and fresh. Didn't try the restaurant which seems to be the highlight of the place for which I do regret.

The shower in our room did not work well, which did disappoint us ! However , the manager did ask us to follow him in his car in order to take us to a restaurant as his was closed on Sunday!! Excellent service & care ! The Waitress in the morning at breakfast was caring and kind !!

First class small hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Amazing food with great selection of wines. Unusual for Italy but we were offered and accepted a cooked breakfast of bacon & eggs!
