          Old fashioned and needs some TLC”

          A tyypical old fashioned Italian hotel which is OK in itself. However, the room we stayed in was in need of a refurb. The carpet was filthy and the furniture had seen better days. Service at reception was just OK, but could have been better. Great location though !

          Hotel didn't have our room totally unacceptable ”

          Another couple same as us got taken to a flea bag motel in another city. I will be looking to get a refund I will contact my credit card company I have never seen a hotel tell that they gave your room away and have to send you to a 1 star motel out of town unacceptable

          This hotel is very convenient when you need to find accommodation if you are catching a cruise from civitavecchia as it is within walking distance to the ship.

          Very good hotel with large rooms”

          Close to the water front, and port area.

          We stayed at this hotel the night before we were due to leave on a cruise ship, and the staff organised a bus to take us and the other guests doing to same to the ship (10 Euro each) bus unless you can get a vehicle with the correct permit, you would have a longish walk dragging your bags to get to where the ships berth. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the breakfast provided was excellent. Rooms are big and modern with comfortable beds.

          Location, walkind distande to train and cruise shuttl, qualityrooms

          Beautiful room with large bathroom and nice view beach facing room. Easy 400 meter walk from train station and about the same to the cruise ship shuttle bus area. Very clean and well finished hotel in great location

          We chose this hotel as we were waiting to board our cruise ship, and many people do the same. It is the best hotel in town and very accessable to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent and the hotel provided agreat restaurant meals, and also provided a transfer to the boat.

          Närhet till hamnen, gammal stil

          Övernattnings hotell för kryssning som har bra läge med trevlig personal dock hade frukosten mer att önska. Inte helt förtjusta i rum i två etage med säng o badrum på olika plan. Härlig gammal stil på hotellet.
