    Great location with free parking, directly at the beach. Very nice and polite staff.
    Bathroom would need an update. Smelly curtain in the shower, mold in some places. Dust under the bed - not vacuumed.

    I liked the bed which was comfortable and the view from one side there is sea and from the other side there is a lake, it was beautiful. The breakfast wasn't so reach but the croissant was really nice.
    In our bathroom there was a bad smell, smelled like a canal which was coming out to our room too...this made us a bit feeling uncomfortable during our stay..

    The hotel is next to the beach. It is quiet, cozy, and clean. The personnel is polite and speaks English, which it's not typically for Italian. The breakfast is good and you can enjoy the view of the seaside.

    This Hotel is really a good one for the pricing. The staff works hard to make the stay excellent and i will thank them all because this is the point what makes this hotel gteat for me. The room is small but enough space for what it stands. There is also a small cooler to keep your drinks and stuff fresh. The balkony is quiet small but ok. The bathroom needs renovation but it works. The room and hotel at all is clean and cozy. The covid situation is good organized. The breakfast is a good italian with fresh baked goods all day. The coffee and cappuccinos are really good. The beach is clean and they have toilets and showers there. The location is perfect also for walks and near to restaurants. The parking lot is big. All in all a good stay and if i decide to coe back in this area my first choice.
    The Bathroom needs renovation but it works and is quiet clean at all.

    The Room is a bit small but well designed and clean so its Ok for what it stands. The aircondition works good. A cooler for drinks in the room. The very friendly and helpfull staff i think they love what they do so thanks for this. All days clean towels and room clean up. Beach and area is clean and good equiped. Good italian breakfast. Pricing is fair. Parking area is big This location is near to a lot of restaurants. All in all i would give this hotel my full support. I travel a lot and feel lucky to had a good stay for 6 nights. If the bathrooms will be renovated iam shure this location will be one of the best in this area.

    Cheap, functional hotel, but the reception staff is really not friendly”

    The beach is right at the door step of the hotel. It was clean and there's a small store inside for coffee, snacks etc. Fairly good value for money
    The staff wasn't really friendly. The person at the reception didn't even attempt to greet us. It could have been due to language barriers, but the person didn't even say anything in their own language. I only saw her smile on the day we left! You need a car, don't rely on public transport.

    Le restaurant est super, mais un peu cher. La partie lit bureau est correcte.
    La salle de bain de la chambre est pourri, plein d'humidité et de moisissures. La chasse d'eau fait un bruit monstrueux en se remplissant. Il y a des odeurs puantes dans la salle de bain.
