This was so frustrating. Everyone in Parma kept drawing lines on my map to show me how to get to the hotel. They never said it was on a cobble stone street I couldn't drive on well. They didn't say Park and then just walk. The city signs that pointed the hotel out, never completed their directions. It's in a great location- if you can ever find it.

Very noisy rooms”

The single rooms are very noisy. Noise travels from the street - there is a bar across the road - other people's rooms and the morning cleaning. I could not sleep because of the noise and disruptions.

somewhat difficult to access (but that's central Parma for you). Hotel does have a (small) parking which could be considered essential, great fun (!) getting in and out of it though: However, staff do do valet parking which is extremely nice.

Zentralgelegenes Stadthotel”

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und ordentlich. Der Empfang half kompetent mit der Wegbeschreibung zur Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Wir hätten uns mehr Steckdosen im Zimmer gewünscht und die Nachttischlampen sind zu hell. ;)

Hotel in ottima posizione”

Un albergo molto carino, la struttura non è molto recente e anche le camere sono un po' vecchie. Però molto spaziose e pulite, non vi è il frigo bar ma per il resto non manca nulla. Il presonale è molto gentile e cordiale. Colazione buona con prodotti freschi. L'albergo si trova in pieno centro quindi molto comodo per visitare la città

街の中心となる広場からすぐで観光拠点としては最高にロケーションがよい。 部屋はやや古く、飾り気もないが、清潔に保たれてはいる。ホテルは寝るだけの場所と割り切る場合には悪くない。エレベーターは自分でドアを開ける旧式のもの、鍵は重たい番号札のついたもので、レセプションにおいていくと一昔前のホテルを髣髴とさせる。スタッフは気持ちのよい対応をしてくれた。
