Excellent location in Nantou! The room was luxurious and the staff very accommodating and courteous. They helped me with all my needs with the room and even helped me order breakfast for delivery when I woke up late from the included breakfast. :) Will definitely be booking again. Amazing hotel service in Taiwan.

This hotel was located in the nice location. Is very near to the night market. And outside of the hotel have so many food and shop eat and buy. Have a good experience to staying here.

Hotel is located very near puli bus station which you would need to take to get to puli. Room is comfortable and facilities were excellent. Located just opposite a 24hr family mart and a big fruit store. Will be best if they're able to loan bikes to guest as the transportation system within puli is poor.

Loved this. Three double beds, big bath tub and a view of the river. I was doing a race that started at the resort, so was perfect for me. There are a few restaurants on site, but no convenience stores near. I would stay again .

Lakeside is quite old and much of the infrastructure of both the hotel and the area has seen better days. Breakfast was more than adequate. You will need a car to get lunch and dinner in Puli as there were no places open on weekdays and only one small shop that seems to mostly sell beer. Room was big with 2 King size beds and clean. Breakfast simple but tasty. Hotel is dated and the gym facilities are limited but does not bother us as we were staying only for 1 night.

This hotel is currently under renovation however we were not disturbed at all. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room seems to be recently renovated, nicely done. Well priced. The only small setback is that the windows does not have screens. Some insects and mosquitos flew in when we opened the windows. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

The bath tub and the garage are excellent, very spacious and clean! Staff are super helpful and responsive, excellent service!

Huge rooms with rainshower. Breakfast is taiwanese, but I had better before. Staff is nice. Ace is clean and a bit hidden next to the park of geografic center of Taiwan.
