From the hotel, it's a short 10 or 15 minute leisure walk to Dalat central market or the French Indochina governor mansion. The service has been as good as ever and the staff try their best to make sure the guest has the most comfortable and pleasant stay possible. Staying at this hotel, you would enjoy the history that comes with it as much as the art works and all the mahogany furniture left over from the French colonial past!

Less than 5 mins walk to market , 15 mins walk to where you can ride the peddle boat / swan on the lake. 20-25 mins walk to crazy house. But not suitable for older travellers since its up on the hill , need to some climb stairs everytime we return to hotel. A little too noisy , cars horning all the time but expected since its just beside the night market. I'll recommend for friends and choose this hotel for next trip to Dalat. Romance and fantastic decoration hotel. Great and helpfull staff. 150m around 7 minutes walking to Dalat Market where you can find food, shopping and coffee shops. Breakfast is good with quite wide range of food (compare with other 3 stars hotels in Vietnam). The rate there is reasonable with wide choice. They serve breakfast and lunch also. If you like BBQ, should try BBQ at 33 Hai Ba Trung (just ask taxi driver). Good rate, good food.

I have to say Tulip Hotel 3 is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Dalat except those 5-stars ones. This is a brand new hotel which located at the center of Dalat on Ba Thang Hai street, one of the main streets of Hoa Binh area where you can walk just about 5 mins to Dalat night market. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially one middle-age woman w...I have to say Tulip Hotel 3 is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Dalat except those 5-stars ones. This is a brand new hotel which located at the center of Dalat on Ba Thang Hai street, one of the main streets of Hoa Binh area where you can walk just about 5 mins to Dalat night market. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially one middle-age woman who was very very kind as we arrived at 3:30 in the morning and she offered us a basement room for changing our clothes and resting. The room was very clean and nice as we stayed in a twin double-bed. Towels are provided and the shower was really nice with high pressure and hot water. The room also has a lovely backyard whose walls looked very vintage and was a good place for some photoshooting too. However, the wall is not very well proofed so we woke up many times as people walked in their room and we felt like they walked in ours. Furthermore, the elevator is just next to our room so it was very noisy.

We stayed at the hotel for 3D/2N. Even though the room rate was cheap but the room was lovely! Through agoda, we requested for baby cot and it was ready during our check-in. The hotel is quite well located too. Not too far from city center and near to Bao Dai's place & Crazy House. All the staff always smiling and eager to assist. I had some issues with my door lock, but staff have been very helpful and promptly addressed the situation. There’s an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a beautiful garden. If you’re going to pay the full price, it’s a little more expensive than the average local hotel ...I was able to book this property through Agoda promotions & AgodaCash, so I didn’t pay the full price. I had some issues with my door lock, but staff have been very helpful and promptly addressed the situation. There’s an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a beautiful garden. If you’re going to pay the full price, it’s a little more expensive than the average local hotel or guest house, but still affordable for western standards. Definitely recommended!

I booked two rooms. One is double room and another one is triple rooms. The room are spacious and clean. There are no aircond in the room but it is ok becuase the weather in Dalat is a bit cold. The hotel is near to night market and a lot of reataurant around the corner. The staff is good and gave us the information of the attraction and the map. Catching taxi is easy ...I booked two rooms. We took taxi to Datanla Fall, Valley of Love, Flower Garden and Crazy House. Mailinh taxi is reliable and the fare is reasonable. I will come again next time.

Be sure to have a print out of your agoda voucher handy! Huge 39 sm room with very comfortable bed, seating area, work desk... all nice and clean. They will have in room safe soon. The stay was good.The room was good.The location is a walk from the markets, shops and restaurants. If you go to Google earth this place is right near Crazy House and Summer Palace well worth the visit. You are right away from all the street noises.There is no pool there but being Dalat the temperature changes quickly from hot to cold. The hotel is slightly off the beaten track allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay yet within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are extremely helpful and have tried their hardest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We met many locals who were extremely friendly and offered us many local food and drinks, so much I ended up pretty drunk. The rooms are even higher quality than more expensive local hotels so the value for money is unbeatable. I have stopped in several places in Da Lat from budget to high end and this was as cheap as the budget hostels and higher quality than the high end hotels. I cannot recommend highly enough we have already decided to stop another night on our way back through Da Lat

I booked a VIP room and really satisfied with all facilities here, bedroom, bathroom, classic closet, cupboard, except the mat with horrible smell, like someone pissed on that. Staff is nice and 1 of the 2 receptionists is super cute, she smiled all the time. Just 1 complaint is there's no breakfast option when booking since the hotel has no kitchen, luckily there're a few roadside restaurants and Lien Hoa bakery nearby.

We booked 3 rooms with windows views but the hotel were not able to put us all on the same floor. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay. The view from the window is good. But people in Dalat starts their day very early so it can be a little noisy in the morning from the traffic but it didn't bother us as we think it part of the charms of Dalat. But this hotel provided us both 2 rooms with single bed. The bed was 1.4 x 2 m So It was rather small for 2 adult. Regarding anything else, It was good and valued for your money. But I was not comfortable with her answer. Next time I would not stay at this hotel.

The Vietnamese and Western breakfast was great and the restaurant staff extremely attentive - they'd top up my coffee and bring our eggs over to us, rather than have us standing waiting for them to be cooked. A nice touch. The hotel is far enough from the market area to not have the noise of traffic, but close enough to walk (5 minutes, tops). It's only a few minutes across the road to Xuan Huong lake, which is lovely to walk around. We also walked to the flower garden, which took approx 20 mins at slow(ish) pace, and the hotel is walking distance to the Crazy House. Dalat's cooler climate is a nice reprieve from the humidity of everywhere else! We'd definitely stay at the Best Western Dalat Plaza if we were to visit Dalat again!

It’s one of my family’s traditions to eat black-eyed peas in the new year, for good luck, and I was hoping to find the dish somewhere. The manager (Yum? Dung?) looked in her regular shop for it but no luck. She sent someone to the market to find it — no luck. Finally she called her sister, who somehow located it and got it to us at Dreams.... all unknown to me until I asked! And she wouldn’t accept any money. ❤️

Overa...My fiance and I stayed at Pho Nui hotel for 1 night. When we arrived in Dalat, it was still early for check in, so we left our luggages with the receptionists and took a walk around the area. The hotel was very close to DaLat market and Xuan Huong lake, where we could find many local restaurants and coffee shops. We got a room on the 5th floor of Pho Nui hotel. Overall, the room was clean and had all the basic amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hot/cold water.... What we liked the most about this hotel was the receptionists and bell men. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to our room and offered us cheap local tours. We did book a city tour with the hotel for $150,000vnd/person. The tour was guided by a local tour guy, not by hotel staffs. The tour started from 8:30-4 everyday. They took us to several famous places around the city such as Dinh Bao Dai, Nha tho Con Ga, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, Datanla fall. Overall the tour was decent, not good but worth the money since it would cost us more than $150,000vnd to go on taxi to visit those places on our own.
