A two hour full massage treatment was ordered up by one of my traveling companions during our stay that she claimed was the best $75 dollars she had ever spent. If you are looking for a serene and romantic setting in Vietnam K highly recommend the Sofitel Dalat Palace.

My first visit to Dalat and staying at the Du Park Hotel on the recommendation of my wife... accompanying us our five month old baby and twenty-one year old son... the hotel was built in 1932 and still has the attractiveness of the self-operated elevator... The rooms are adequate size, clean... the bed very comfortable... overhead ceiling fans and no aircon... it seem...My first visit to Dalat and staying at the Du Park Hotel on the recommendation of my wife... accompanying us our five month old baby and twenty-one year old son... the hotel was built in 1932 and still has the attractiveness of the self-operated elevator... The rooms are adequate size, clean... the bed very comfortable... overhead ceiling fans and no aircon... it seems Dalat not humid to require aircon. The staff very friendly and accommodating; the bistro food quite good.. pool room and simple but nice lobby bar... always have taxis available and the doorman very helpful in assisting you getting around... the price very acceptable. Would stay again...

Breakfast is good with quite wide range of food (compare with other 3 stars hotels in Vietnam). The rate there is reasonable with wide choice. They serve breakfast and lunch also. If you like BBQ, should try BBQ at 33 Hai Ba Trung (just ask taxi driver). Good rate, good food.

This is a brand new hotel which located at the center of Dalat on Ba Thang Hai street, one of the main streets of Hoa Binh area where you can walk just about 5 mins to Dalat night market. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially one middle-age woman who was very very kind as we arrived at 3:30 in the morning and she offered us a basement room for changing our clothes and resting. The room was very clean and nice as we stayed in a twin double-bed. Towels are provided and the shower was really nice with high pressure and hot water. The room also has a lovely backyard whose walls looked very vintage and was a good place for some photoshooting too. However, the wall is not very well proofed so we woke up many times as people walked in their room and we felt like they walked in ours. Furthermore, the elevator is just next to our room so it was very noisy.

During our stay, the hotel was booked with an office party. Many of these guest were non 4-star guests. Meaning, there was drunk yelling in the hallways, banging on the doors in the middle of the night, slamming of the doors all day/night. I understand that this does not directly reflect the hotel - but they made no effort to curb this activity either. Like I said, these people are not 4-star qualified as they're not mindfull of others around them. I paid for a nice and quite hotel - but what I got a lot of noisy drunk people. 2. The food was just okay and was boring. Very little change up in the day-to-day offering. Some items are not fresh, and are put away only to be presented the next day. The omlette station and fresh soup station on the other hand are great. The fruit is freshly prepared every day. 3. The servers seems unhappy. When I was there 2 years ago, I recall the servers and restaurant personnel being much friendlier. I don't think a single person cracked a smile. It would be nice to feel as if you're welcome. 4. Out bathtub drained slowly - leaving us to shower in ankle deep in water every morning. I reported it several times - no action was taken. Again, not on par of a 4-star hotel. 5. Out room key became deactivated every couple of days. They had no answer as to why this happened, only that there was a "glitch." We were only inconvienced a few times - but again - not on par with a 4-star hotel. All-in-all we like this hotel. The front staff are nice. We would consider staying here again - but may check out another 4-star hotel to just to compare.

we had 02 nights stay at blue moon. this hotel is not really large but i think they have enough space for the staying: large reception are, a beautiful garden with lots of nice flowers, restaurant is quite small but breakfast is good with many dishes. we books 02 superior rooms as we're having a baby 4 months old with so they arranged for us 02 rooms with connected in...we had 02 nights stay at blue moon. this hotel is not really large but i think they have enough space for the staying: large reception are, a beautiful garden with lots of nice flowers, restaurant is quite small but breakfast is good with many dishes. we books 02 superior rooms as we're having a baby 4 months old with so they arranged for us 02 rooms with connected inside door and that was very convenient for us. hotel is very close to dalat center, you can walk to dalat market about 5 minutes and 1 minute to xuan huong lake. another thing we all like about this hotel is they're having hot swimming pool: so i can swim in the morning while my parents like doing gym then take steam bath (the hotel offer free of charge). that was a very nice holiday with my family. cheers

I booked two rooms. One is double room and another one is triple rooms. The room are spacious and clean. There are no aircond in the room but it is ok becuase the weather in Dalat is a bit cold. The hotel is near to night market and a lot of reataurant around the corner. The staff is good and gave us the information of the attraction and the map. Catching taxi is easy ...I booked two rooms. We took taxi to Datanla Fall, Valley of Love, Flower Garden and Crazy House. Mailinh taxi is reliable and the fare is reasonable. I will come again next time.

Room is so big & bright, no air-cond needed due to cold weather. Just tell the staffs all your quiries/worries and they will help you whole-heartedly. Rent a bike to enjoy your trip in Dalat for one day, then take the day tour on 2nd day. We missed our days in Dalat the most after we are back from VN.

I love the place. It's very clean throughout with great customer service. I was skeptical when booking this hotel online, because it was only rated 2.5 Stars but the reviews averaged 8.8, I was a bit concerned! As a frequent traveler staying at 3, 4, and 5-Star hotels all over the world, I would give this hotel a maximum rating of 10 because it's super clean, very cozy...I love the place. We asked for an extra bed and they charged only 17 dollars for it ( fairly cheap price in my opinion). In general im very pleased with thus hotel during my stay.

Love it. Apparently an old one, lots of old customer so we were lucky because they don't usually post rooms on agoda. Professional, actually put us in the room like in the picture, unlike many other hotels in Vietnam. The location might not be the tourist center, but is actually the center of the city, so lots of locally famous restaurants nearby. Dalat was simply beautiful, would recommend.

Great Stay, i will pick Ngoc Phat Dalat Hotel again. Breakfast was pretty alright, with different varieties each day. If you able to walk to Dalat Centre, that's be like 10 mins of walk, or you can just take the Taxi, but be cautious of the fake taxi there. It's would be better if you have a local with you. I’d definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Dalat, but perhaps I’d prefer a Superior Room on the higher floor with a balcony.

We booked 3 rooms with windows views but the hotel were not able to put us all on the same floor. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay. The view from the window is good. But people in Dalat starts their day very early so it can be a little noisy in the morning from the traffic but it didn't bother us as we think it part of the charms of Dalat. We had a room at the rear of the hotel, so no traffic noise. Unfortunately we had to contend with a dog in a nearby house that wouldn't shut up day & night, but that's not the hotel's fault! The Vietnamese and Western breakfast was great and the restaurant staff extremely attentive - they'd top up my coffee and bring our eggs over to us, rather than have us standing waiting for them to be cooked. A nice touch. The hotel is far enough from the market area to not have the noise of traffic, but close enough to walk (5 minutes, tops). It's only a few minutes across the road to Xuan Huong lake, which is lovely to walk around. We also walked to the flower garden, which took approx 20 mins at slow(ish) pace, and the hotel is walking distance to the Crazy House. Dalat's cooler climate is a nice reprieve from the humidity of everywhere else! We'd definitely stay at the Best Western Dalat Plaza if we were to visit Dalat again!

Our stay was absolutely great! The hotel staff was ready to help with everything since the moment we arrived, including recommendations as to where to eat, and explaining where the main sights are. We learnt about the secret tour and booked it and it was so much worth it! I am sure this was the best organized tour I ever did, thanks to Rot who has been really funny but also the dynamics of our group was excellent. The room was neat, spacious and sunny, with a balcony and a great view of Dalat. I know some people complained that their rooms were cold at night but it was not our case: probably as our room was facing the south there was enough sun during the whole day and thus did not cool down so much at night - so try to get a room facing the gardento be on a safe side. The breakfast was weak but that is something we were prepared for as we read previous reviews. Anyway, it's good enough for getting stg into your stomach in the morning, but there are plenty of places where you can eat nearby, including a bakery next door. All in all, we had wonderful time. If I ever come back, I would definitely chose Pink House villa again.

We have booked for an extended stay on our return to the Dreams Hotel, and would strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers. Mrs Dung can converse in English, French and German, so we would encourage travellers speaking those languages to stay at the Dreams Hotel.

If you're visiting Dalat, you should stay in this hotel so that you can view the hotel at different timing without the need to pay entrance fee. We chose honeymoon room which is one of the best room with cheapest price. But only those with strong legs should go there because the bed is up on the second level with a unique staircase leading there.

What we liked the most about this hotel was the receptionists and bell men. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to our room and offered us cheap local tours. We did book a city tour with the hotel for $150,000vnd/person. The tour was guided by a local tour guy, not by hotel staffs. The tour started from 8:30-4 everyday. They took us to several famous places around the city such as Dinh Bao Dai, Nha tho Con Ga, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, Datanla fall. Overall the tour was decent, not good but worth the money since it would cost us more than $150,000vnd to go on taxi to visit those places on our own.
