Hotel a bit far to monuments by walking but having train outside your door makes up for it, train fare for most trips 1.30euro so very cheap. Not the best part of Naples to stay but if you afraid to walk it isn’t a problem at all"

It’s next to the “México “ coffee shop with a small (roughly 1 Ft square) sign among several others next to the entry. To reach it start at the Burger King in the Centrale train station, cross the street , and pass a cafe (contemporary shop for pastries and espresso). "

It was enough to conclude that their priority was to please their customers. While Agoda was unable to assist us, we got the best service from Una Napolis staff to change hotel. Una Napoli is perfectly located near the trainstation and has got a beautiful terrace view. The surrounding area is not that unfriendly as some have stated but it is dirty. I can definately recommend this hotel and its superb staff!"

When you come from airport with shuttlebus you can walk to the hotel. Hotel restaurant cooks well. Personel kind and helpful. Breakfast ; pastry chef is good and cooking many various everyday. On the other hand there was only one kind of cheese and overcooked eggs. In that way breakfast was poor. Hotel is clean, modern and refurbished. "

However, it is fairly typical of the area around stations in most cities. It is certainly no worse than London or Leeds and actually we felt safer there. Maybe the people who wrote the reviews never use public transport or walk around poorer areas? I'm sure pickpockets exist but we never came across any. It is very close to the centre - 20 minutes walk. However, although it says it has a 24 hour reception, one of the staff seemed unhappy with us when we got back late after seeing friends. Also the cleaner who also makes the breakfast talks very fast (in Italian) and seems to get annoyed if you don't understand. This mainly consists of coffee, croissant, cereals and juice. One thing I did miss was being able to get a coffee at other times of the day, but the staff will order one for you from a local cafe if you ask. Overall, it was reasonable for the price and I would use it again. One thing to mention is that you have to pay 3 Euros a night at the end of your stay but this is a government tax so I imagine it is the same everywhere. "
