What a truly brilliant experience. We have been travelling Asia for 7 months and this is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in. From the time we arrived we were treated like family. From the time we arrived we were treated like family. From the doorman and security staff to the bellboys and reception staff we were treated with nothing but respect and warm smiles. We were greet by the GM Mohammed at check in, what a splendid and kind hearted person he is. We were shown to our big room with massive comfortable beds. The shower and toletries were great quality and the room well equipped, a big television and couch area was a nice touch. We ate here 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed here. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service attentive. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the lounge with buy 1 get one drink complimentary. Drinks were nice.and the cocktails on the mark for a 5 star hotel. We swam in the indoor pool during our stay and were provided with warm pool towels to dry off. The gym was very well equipped, it had everything you would ever need. I spent some time in there. There is a 2 level childrens play area which is like an amusement park. Fun rides and all for a minimal cost. Breakfast was good. A mix of asian and western food. There is taxis for the 5km ride to town, they will have a shuttle bus operating soon. This hotel is still in its soft opening and was truly wonderful. We didnt want to leave. We had so much fun here and felt like really valued guests. They will have a casino opening soon too. Our 2 and 4 year old were spoilt rotten by all staff. We felt very safe here and very much welcomed. Thank you to Mohammed (GM). Helen (Sales and Marketing Manager) and each and every staff member for a truly wonderful stay. You all went far above and beyond what we ever expected. We will be back.

My experience was absolutely amazing!! You can't beat the hospitality, room ambience, or price! First, although the staff doesn't speak English, they are the nicest people I've met in Dalat! I actually got in a motorbike accident the first night here, and when I got back to the villa, two of the staff immediately helped me out. First, although the staff doesn't speak English, they are the nicest people I've met in Dalat! I actually got in a motorbike accident the first night here, and when I got back to the villa, two of the staff immediately helped me out. One drove to the pharmacy and bought a whole bunch of first aid stuff, while the other cleaned and patched up my wounds. I couldn't be more grateful. Everyday, he asked how I was doing, he cleaned and patched up my wounds again the following morning and he was just so sincere and helpful. Anything you need, they will help you with. Just show them a picture of it with your tablet/phone. Whether it be extra pillows, taxi, tea- he even drove my boyfriend to a close by hotel (they didn't have any openings one day). The room are very very clean. Very cute, cozy and homey feel to the rooms. You really can't go wrong here. Its a little far from the main area of town but its nice and peaceful here. And by far I mean, 30 minute walk, or a 5 mins by motorbike, or about 40,000 dong ($2) by taxi. Its only far if you're walking. Overall, best best best experience here!! Very nice and hospitable family/ owners. Always coming back here whenever we're in Dalat! A++++ :)

Its from from the city center but if you want to relax and escape the noise and buzz from the city then its a good location for you.. the restaurant is until 5pm only so better buy food or eat outside if u coming up late.. there's not much restaurant open on late hours..
