The Rapeepong offers good clean accommodation for a very attractive price, the rooms are a good size, beds are very comfortable for Thailand and good cool aircon, hard to complain for the price although the wifi sucks if your on the upper floors

We visited Nan for 2 days and stayed at the Nan Treasure Hotel. The location is a bit inconvenient if you want to walk around, as it is located slightly away from the city centre. There is a decent restaurant nearby for dinner, but nothing else really. We had difficulty communicating with the hotel staff as they didn't speak much English, which makes it difficult to p...We visited Nan for 2 days and stayed at the Nan Treasure Hotel. The location is a bit inconvenient if you want to walk around, as it is located slightly away from the city centre. There is a decent restaurant nearby for dinner, but nothing else really. We had difficulty communicating with the hotel staff as they didn't speak much English, which makes it difficult to plan activities in a place like Nan. Apart from that, the rooms were clean and nice. The staff were friendly and polite, and even dropped us off to the airport for our flight without charging us. The breakfast was ordinary, but for the price is sufficient. If you are a returning visitor to Nan or know Thai, it's a great place to stay. For first-time visitors not having someone to plan out your day can make it difficult.

From bus terminal, you have to take a sonteo (pick-up truck type bus), and it took 30THB for one person. For sightseeing, they offered free bicycle use for guests, so I didn't have any problem. The owner was very gentle and gave us information and advice of where to visit. When the day I left, they also provided free bus service to bus terminal. If I visit Nan again, I would like to stay here again.

When I rode in to the Phoem Phoon and saw the manager word on his motorbike, which was polished as well as the rooms, I knew I made the right choice. Lots of young Thais staying there which made it most enjoyable. Don't get the impression that this is a biker hangout because it's certainly not that. It is a little ways from central Nan but transportation is most affordable.

The room was clean. However, it is very prone to noise - I can really hear when other rooms opened the doors or the room upstairs moves chair. So it was a bit annoying in the late evening. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel location is not far from city center, market and walking street but the hotel is further from Main Street, you really have to look at the sign ...The room was clean. Hotel location is not far from city center, market and walking street but the hotel is further from Main Street, you really have to look at the sign and go into small street (Soi). Love the walking street - can enjoy the food while sitting in the middle of the main square in front of Phumin Temple!
