We were so lucky to have our room booked here in Century Riverside through Agoda. The price we got was about $40 for triple room per night and we believed that was very good price we can have for a 4-star hotel. The price we got was about $40 for triple room per night and we believed that was very good price we can have for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is at perfect location, by side the river and our room has a view to it which is so beautiful at night to see. The restaurant is quite ok, although the morning buffet is not as good as we expect but we had a very good luch there before we left. Food was cheap and tasty :) The hotel staff are very nice and flexible since they let us checked in 4 hours in advance. I think for people travel to Hue, especially families, should try this out, booking through Agoda will help to get the best price :)

I was just s...This is the third time I have booked rooms at this hotel which used to be Mercure Gerbera Hotel (Accor Group), then Gerbera Hotel (Angsana Group), and now Muong Thang Hue Hotel. Though the name sounds local the quality of service remains excellent. The property is well maintained through the years, and the customer service has improved from better to best. I was just surprised that I had to pay for the use of the sauna. The reception staff were very professional in dealing with guests. At check out time I was surprised to see a bill for mineral water we never consumed but the efficient receptionist managed to rectify the mistake made by her colleague and did not insist in charging us. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Hue City.

The hotel was very nice. My room was fine - nice decor, a view of the river and the historic bridge, generally comfortable. The water from the tap tastes terrible, but they provide bottled water so it's not a big issue. The food was quite good - very nice buffet breakfast. They have a spa with massage service that is incredibly cheap (about $14 an hour). The main problem I had was with the gym. It was in a small hot room with dangerously obsolete equipment. There was one treadmill that was decent. The rest of the equipment was falling apart and not safe to use. It looked like it was rescued from a 1970s high school. They should certainly have better facilities than that.

Really awesome dudes run the place Tim and Top. They really know what they are doing and they even have their own jeep and motorbike tour bussiness, Hue Adventures. They'll help you with anything and get you to any place where you would like to visit. Also breakfest was a delight. You order from a menu whatever you like. I recommend the banana pancake! If I have to think of one bad thing to say is that the bathroom door was a bit wonky, but since I was travelling alone it didn't matter to me. Really a hidden gem this place and I see a bright future for these guys running this place. Great job!
