"This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Unfortunately the booking wasn't straight forward as we originally booked 2 rooms for 5 of us only to told that it wasn't possible to sleep 3 in either of the rooms we'd booked. However, we reached a compromise by booking a third room at a discounted rate which worked out well for us as the two children's rooms were interconnected. Once we got there our original frustrations were forgotten . The staff were exceptional. Helpful, friendly and always available without being intrusive. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfasts were a real treat. They were usual buffet style, but if you ordered anything freshly cooked it would be brought to your table by their "breakfast champion". The pool is large and well attended with fresh towels brought to you on arrival. The hotel recommended a few local restaurants where the food was delicious and good value. Overall, this is an amazing hotel and if we ever return to Hue we will definitely stay again."
