The location is very convenient to take bus to Taipei, the bus stop is just 5 mins away, and once you get on bus, its about 25-30 mins and you will be in Taipei city, and there are many restaurants near by, it is very close to airport, so it saves money and time if you need to catch your flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they do speak good English. Housekeeping is very efficient, and this hotel is green hotel, so bring your own toothbrush and save the environment. They do have it available at front desk, but it is nice to bring your own. They do have limited parking space, so if you are traveling with car, you need to check with hotel first. This is a business hotel, so there are limited facilities here, and if you are expecting 5 star hotel facilities, you should only look at 5 star hotel and have the budget for it.
