Awesome homestay”
This is an amazing homestay in Chiang Rai City Centre. It's location is probably 10-15 mins walk away from the main centre but I don't think it is an issue. There is nothing much to do in the city anyway and most people stay in Chiang Rai to explore the outskirts or do day trips. They provide free bicycles if you need but renting a motorcycle is definitely more convenient. Traffic is light in Chiang Rai so it is easy and safe. The room is modern and really clean. Bed is comfortable and toilet is really spacious and good shower. This is really value for money and better than many hotels at this price point. I would stay here again if I happen to come again. I was the only guest during my 3 nights there as Chiang Rai is really affected by Covid so please try to support.

- Breakfast: every morning they make you choose it for the next day, among, Thai breakfast, American breakfast, and Vegetarian breakfast. Each include various sub-choices, plus a fruit. All the food is cooked freshly by the owner's mom and simply delicious!!! - MotorBike: they have a deal with a bike rental, availabilty among 8 different motorbikes, from 50cc to 500cc, with or without gears, we chose a 125cc Honda Click, new for just 250thb a day, delivered straight away to the guesthouse!! super kind and efficient. - Laundry: the owner, super kind offered for just 30thb the service, she delivered us the clean and dry clothes in the room

My favourite guesthouse so far!”
I love this place... it's like a little oasis in Chiang Rai. It's not right in the center of town but it is just a 20 minute walk to the bus station and night market and all the cheap food places. From this location we walked to the Blue Temple in about 30 minutes. The breakfast is very generous, she provides you the menu the night before and you choose your meal. She also has a couple of very good condition bikes you can use. The woman and her mom who own the guesthouse are extremely nice and helpful. I did a bit of laundry and used one of her outside clothes racks. The whole place is spotless and clean.

Perfect stay in Huan Amphan”
We simply enjoyed everything during our stay. Our host is the nicest and sweetest person. The design of the hotel is fantastic and the cleanliness absolute. The breakfast cooked freshly every morning by our host's mother was delicious. We could get a scooter (awesome one) from our host's uncle who lives right next door. We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately she had no more room available, in two seconds she sorted out a room at her uncle guesthouse. I recommend 100% and would definitely come back again.

Awesome Bed and Breakfast ”
Excellent value for what you get. We stayed in the large family room that has access to a kitchenette and two full bathrooms. Very clean, awesome wifi and included breakfast everything morning. The breakfast is made to order and they ask you the day prior what you'd like for the next morning between thai, western and vegetarian. The owners are a super nice mother/daughter that are extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay in Chiang Rai”
We really enjoyed our stay at Huan Amphan. The room is spotless and has the best bathroom we saw in total Thailand. The host was lovely with a lot of recommendations for spending time in the region. The neighborhood is absolutely quite at night. The only thing to improve would be a hammock somewhere or another place to relax outside the room. Besides that, everything including the breakfast was perfect

Really nice stay at Huan Amphan. Location is a little out of town but it's on a nice quiet street and only takes 15 mins to walk into the centre. Room is modern and bed very comfy, the shower is superb. The host and her mum are lovely and the included breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Guesthouse”
We stayed for two nights. Everything was very clean and the owner was lovely and so friendly. Breakfast was also very good, they even served us some more rice and also offered toast, jam, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

The Huan Amphan is one of or even the best guesthouse I have ever been to. So so cute family, taking care of me like being a family member. The mother is doing a great breakfast which was really delicious. Absolutly quiet place, very harmonic and great style room. Fully recommended, I would definitively come back.

We came to Huang Amphan for 2 nights. The owner and her mom were very nice and helpful! The breakfast was great and they have few options to choose from (including vegetarian) They offer free bicycle during the day. The room is designed beautifully! The only downside is that walls of the room are thin and you can hear everything, but it is not so bad A very recommend place!!

This place is so cute! The photos are 100% accurate. The owner is an energetic sweetheart who will help you with anything you need. Breakfast is decent (toast, eggs and hot dogs with coffee or tea/juice). We loved how modern and clean the room was, very tastefully decorated. The only downside was how thin the walls are in terms of sound. We could hear our neighbors very clearly. Besides this, Huan Amphan is excellent and we would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at Huan Amphan and had a very comfortable stay. The accomodation is welcoming and clean and the hosts are brilliant. They helped us rent scooters which was super easy with no fuss. Definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, welcoming place to stay in Chiang Rai. A very good place to stay ”
When you arrive the place seems to be far away from everything but no. You can reach the night bazaar in 15 minutes and some very good restaurants in 5 or 6 minutes. The rooms are very clean, pleasant, modern. Good mattress and a nice breakfast. Owner very kind and friendly. We loved the place.
