clean like a 5 stars Hotel, the apartment is modern
if you are arriving by car at night, the road through via Roma is closed due to night shops. so you need to take via Palermo, then turn right (google maps didn’t show this possibility) but a policeman helped me to find the way. during the day all roads are open

Beautifully Furnished Although A Bit Small”

Very stylish and beautiful. Paola was also very nice, helpful and accommodating. Location was very central to the beach and to the city center with lots of restaurant options (although be mindful there is a bit of a hill to climb up if walking &#47; biking). Property well-maintained and super clean!
Small rooms and sea view is if you step outside the room into the garden (not really visible from inside). But it’s a small thing as you honestly don’t find places as beautiful as this in the area. Also, had a slight overpayment issue that was not realised until after we had left. But I’m confident it will soon be resolved by both Paola and Booking.com 🤗

Room with nice terrace with the view”

Very nice comfortable room with everything you need, very comfortable bed, beautiful terrace with the nice view. Nice small breakfast (coffee, water, croissant, but it was enough for us, usually we don&#39;t eat in the morning :-D ) in Cafe close by, like 2-3 min walk, city 5 min walk, beach 25 min walk. Owner (Paola) is very very nice and friendly, she explained us everything, gave us a lot of information about Budoni and a lot of advices, helped with the taxi etc. All was just perfect, we enjoyed the stay.
Trashcan could be a bit bigger, but we also just had a lot of bottles etc :-D

Totally awesome !!! Amazing and always helpful Paola, amazing room, amazing service. And calm? Great place - construction took place next to us, but inside there was nothing to hear :) Beautiful beaches within driving distance. I was really excited about the holiday here! I can recommend to everyone!

Wonderful stay”

-Paola is a really great host, gave great recommendations for food etc. was always there to help and made our stay really nice. And super considerate and attentive. -The apartment is max. 5 min walking from Cafes, shoppes, Restaurants etc and it is really quite and nice. The garden was made really nicely every fortnight and the room was super clean and well designed.
Little Tipp: don’t leave your towel etc. to dry over night otherwise they will be wet from the water sprinkler ;)

Todo estaba prácticamente nuevo,aparcamiento en la puerta..la chica que nos recibió fue muy atenta de que todo fuera de nuestro agrado,el desayuno lo ponen en una cafetería cercana,bueno aunque escaso..pero para compensar teníamos como detalle por su parte diferentes galletas,bolleria y bebidas en la habitación Muy agradecidos con el hotel,lo recomendamos

Paola ist ein super Gastgeberin mit einer sehr schönen Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen.
Alles war super, nur die Geräusche von der Wohnung über uns, waren etwas störend. Aber dafür kann niemand etwas.

Sehr sauber ruhig und modern, ich denke das ganze Haus ist maximal 1 Jahr alt Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar mit Tipps für Restaurants, Strände etc Nur das Frühstück war etwas mega pro Person ein Getränk und ein Gebäck Jedoch war uns das am Ende auch egal da uns alles andere mehr als gefallen hat
