Booked ibis Siam for 2 nights as I had just finished a conference and had stayed at another highly rated hotel, but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the stay at ibis was. The room was decently sized, the bed was comfortable, and all the details in the room were well thought out - eg. I loved how there were sufficient hooks in the toilets for towels, hangers in the cabinet and a location to place my phone while it was charging near the power socket. It’s the attention to details and functionality that wowed me. Breakfast was decent and there was variety over the 2 days I had. Hotel location is great, right beside National Stadium, with escalator access which was up-riding. Only downside is that I don’t think there was a down riding escalator or lift from the BTS station so I had to carry my luggage down a couple of steps. Loved how the hotel pays attention to their guests and placed an informative notice on how to travel to the airport at the front desk and in the lifts. Thank you ibis, for the lovely stay!

Nice Clean Convenient Hotel. Wonderful Stay. ”
This is a long overdue review. My first (3 days) stay in IBIS BKK (March 20190 was wonderful. I love the firm clean bed, the shower area and the charging ports arrangement by the TV Display unit. I also like the hidden hanging hook outside the wardrobe door. The design of the room was simple and practical. National Stadium BTS is just in front of the hotel and shopping mall MBK just opposite. I enjoyed my unplanned visit @ BACC Museum, just walking distance down from hotel. I love the study table by the window where I can enjoy the scenic city view when I was reading or eating snack/early dinner. It was my birthday solo relaxing trip and IBIS BKK found out (I did not mention). It was a total surprise to return to my room seeing a nice slice of birthday cake arranged by the hotel on my birthday night. Thank you very much IBIS BKK for the effort. I will be back!!!! All the best. Keep up on your sincere service.

Pros: Good location on the door step of MBK if your into shopping. Very near to the shops and food places McDonalds etc. Staff highly helpful polite and at your assistance. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast not a huge choice for vegans , halal choice. Cons: All rooms in Ibis are for 2 people. Language bit of a problem after few repeats and sign language you can get through. Make sure all comms done have them printed off and handy. We had to upgrade to MERCURE HOTEL. Paid an additional 1600 bht 800 per room. This problem is with Agoda not the hotels. When you put your details in the search criteria Agoda should only show the hotels which can accommodate the number required. In total we were 5 people. 3 Adults , 1 teenager and 1 child.

Excellence All-Around! ”
Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and satisfied my lodging needs. The staff are attentive and spoke English. Literally, at the bottom of a BTS station stairwell, and a short 4 minute walk to MBK Centre, it is ideally located for exploring other parts of Bangkok, as well as convenient to central Bangkok and its shopping venues. Best of all, there is a 7-11 in the lobby, to handle all your late-night needs.

Best location and helpful staffs ”
Can never think of another hotel that has the best location at such a good price. National Stadium metro is just a stone away. 7-11 is just downstair so super convenient to grab anything anytime. Staffs is very helpful. Room ….. very nice and clean. Our confirmed only choice hotel when back in Bangkok again.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Next to the shopping district of Bangkok. BTS sky train station right at the front of the hotel. Reach all fancy restaurants and famous cafes with walking distance. The convenient store on the ground floor offers everything you need. However, IBIS style, the room is small and not soundproof. You probably can hear the room next to you talking and showering or noise from the corridors in the morning. Overall it's a nice place to stay if your aim to Bangkok is shopping. But if you can pay more still some choices around the area.

Good value in good location”
We stayed 2 nights in a room w/ a king size bed. The room was clean and comfortable. It was on the small size, especially the bath but the location was nice. There is lots of good shopping for souvenirs, food in the MBK mall and BTS National Stadium station across the street. I also liked the location because there's a pool to swim laps next to National Stadium. Just past the Tuk Tuk stand outside the hotel we got a taxi for the day ($50) to show us the sights including the Maeklong Railway Market, Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha Temple - Wat Phra Kaew. It was nice having a 7-11 right next to the lobby. We left early in the morning for the airport. The staff has good information on shuttle options for transportation. We chose to use the Grab Taxi App (similar to Uber) for $13 to the airport!

Excellent value and convenience”
Located literally 20 steps from BTS national stadium entrance, very convenient and close to major shopping malls in Siam area. Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The room is quite small but clean. Food from the restaurant was okay, but the taste/flavor was a little bland for my liking. Overall very highly recommended!

I will be back”
This was my first time at Ibis Hotel, National Stadium. 1. Location is unbeatable. It is very near to Siam, but doesn't have the madness & the crowd of Siam or Sukhumvit. A 7-11 on GF lobby is extremely convenient. Also a McD at Holiday's Inn GF, which is a mere 2-3 buildings away. 2. Hotel room is good, practical & comfortable. WC is slightly smaller, but adequate. There were free drinking water, but you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste & shaving kits. No issues for me as I always carry these with me when I travel. 3. I requested for a quiet room, and I was happy to get one. 4. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a little piece of birthday cake and a greeting card in my room, after a long hot day out. A little gesture from the hotel, but it meant a whole lot. I will return to this hotel 100%.

Clean , convenient hotel, great breakfast”
Perfect for a one night stay. Train from airport and connection to stadium easy. Come down the steps a5 stadium and there she is. Opposite Mbk Mall, a short walk from Siam Centre. Tesco a short walk in the opposite direction. Plenty of opportunities for shopping and food. We were lucky enough to check in early and check out a little late. Would stay there again.

Convenient Location”
We have stayed in this hotel several times, noticed that the room has been renovated this time round. The lighting is very dim in the room. Water temperature in the bathroom was difficult to adjust and it could do with a shelf to put personal items. Breakfast was a good spread and it was not repetitive daily. Something different to try each morning which was good. Other than that all is good.

Location is great, right in front of this hotel was BTS train station (National Stadium) and go down one stop reach to Siam area, shopping mall, market, food, everything you need is there. 7eleven just beside hotel lobby so you can have a preheat food and needs anytime. Very convenience. Definitely come back again.

Consistently Pleasant Choice”
Ibis Bangkok Siam Hotel has been my number one choice whenever I am visiting Bangkok. Great location (right in front of the BTS Sky Train station and 10min train ride to Airport Express Train station), warm and friendly service, clean hotel room with all the necessary amenities and a 24-Hour convenience store that offers great-tasting local meals and snack are some of the reason for my repeated bookings. I would strongly recommend this boutique hotel to any first-time or repeated travellers to Bangkok.

absolutely great location and whilst rooms are small but very adequate and well laid out. A must location for sky trains right outside and MBK 100 yards across street. great breakfast ...fab staff. only one thing room was not cleaned each day when we returned mid morning ....but apologised and then done immediately ....this is due to obvious high turn over of travelers who are in and out every day . Do not get rooms oppisiote lift as this is noisy

Best place to stay if you have business trip in Bangkok”
I chose Ibis because of its friendly price. It's not a quarantine hotel, which I really felt comfort; however, the light in the room was so dim that I could not do my work or read book. There is not cotton bud, slippers, or even brush tooth and paste. By the way, if you need a clean, safe and comfort hotel to just sleep at reasonable, I would literally recommend.
