Great hotel and grrat service”
Spent a night here for relaxing and clean up my mind, it turned out a great choice indeed. Staff are super friendly, polite and caring in all they do and still very humble. One day before I arrived, I was wrong to book the room with 2 single beds so I called up the hotel, not sure was the Reservation Center or Operator did help me much, the staff name Quân who was super friendly, professional handling my booking carefully. Over the phone but I still felt his energy by his cheerful tone of voice and willing to help. So I got changed to King bed at the end, very fast. On the day I arrived, the staff were all helpful and smile and guided me even to the elevator to guest room, hightlight would be Cường, Receptionist and some other staff which I did not remember their names. The hotel is friendly to single traveller, couple, family with kids and in its great beach location, facing to the sea which is fantastic. I would love to come back to enjoy another great feeling day because as a Le Club Member, I am satisfied and moreover, as a hotelier, I am appreciated all of these good things gather in this nice hotel at a small province. Nice hotel with a great location ”
Great location, clean and well-kept hotel. Right across the street from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luan at the Front Desk was a big help to us as we had several requirements. Nice ocean views and trendy rooms. Breakfast was very good and well-stocked. We will stay there again and highly recommend it, especially for travellers with children. My five year old daughter loved it so much that we stayed an extra night.

Nice hotel to stay and enjoy sea view”
I enjoy my stay at IbIs Styles - convenient and clean room. Nice swimming pool and it’s good idea to take picture. Mind your step with some stone cladding stairs and pavement. Breakfast buffet has fewer choices for guest, not as plenty as expected.

Upon arrival we had our rooms upgraded. As the hotel is right across the beach, we had a great view from rooms, the pool and the restaurant. All the staff was well trained and alerted with guests needs.

What a lovely and modern hotel! All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Phuc, a front dest staff, who upgraded room for us and Kieu, a waitress, who recommended suitable dishes for my mother. Various choices for breakfast and of course, food is delicious.

The location is truly ideal, right in font of the beach, near shops and restaurants, the view from the pool is superb. But the best asset of this hotel is its personnel. They are truly professional and they go to the extra mile to give great customer service. Example : on the first day breakfast I asked for a hot latte, which was promptly served. The second day, I did not have to ask, the waiter recognised me and asked me if i wanted a hot latte like the day before... Small details matter, and when you feel recognized and appreciated, that's a sign that you are getting the best service ever. Thank you to the whole staff

Check-in & check-out was fast. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room was clean. Swimming pool is on top & has good view. It’s a colorful hotel & we like how it’s decorated. The only thing that we didn’t like much was the breakfast buffet. We stayed 2 night & just the same dishes were serve.
