Appartamento ben disposto ed arredato. Posizione centralissima - pulizia - ottimo confort. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.
La insonorizzazione dell'appartamento non è delle migliori ed i rumori provenienti dalla strada, particolarmente frequentata per la presenza di numerosi locali alla moda, si sentono fino a notte inoltrata.
