            The location, the garden, the pool and the pool garden were absolutely stunning. Sabina and the other girl at reception were also super-helpful, friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good.
            Some of the staff at the restaurant were not friendly at all. In terms of 5* rating it is definitely not up to scratch. At breakfast they only offered scrambled or fried eggs in terms of express cuisine no bacon or eggs benedict etc. In the room there are no slippers, no bathrobe, no complimentary water/fruit provided on your arrival. The hair-dryer is super-noisy (we could hear it from the nearby room) and one of those old, cheap devices that hang on the wall and that you would expect to find in a 1* hotel. In contrast there is a jacuzzi bathtub in each room. The rooms were very cold when we arrived and it was a pain to walk with bare feet on the frozen floor (no rugs). Also the fan coil was noisy and the we had to switch off the fridge because of the same reason. Lastly the pictures you see of the trulli are deceitful because despite being beautiful from the outside, they are not real (at least in the junior suites), they are just modern structures built looking like trulli. We also had dinner one night and the food was not good at all with the rabbit tasting like gone-off and the chips served once we were ready for dessert (although they were not charged to be fair).

            It's a beautiful place, excellent facilities, very good rooms, peaceful, very clean , lovingly well kept mature gardens and great pool. Excellent value for money. Actually it was the best place we stayed in our one week in Puglia and by far the best value for money of all.
            The breakfast had an enormous selection but I did miss the possibility of some different types of eggs and the selection of 8 cakes seemed a bit excessive. I would have preferred a better selection of breads. But honestly this is just me being picky as the breakfast was very good and the hotel was excellent value for money.

            The great cozy hotel with the beautiful restaurant”

            We were happy that we choose this hotel (because the choice was a bit difficult). Nice staff, 2 very good swimming pools (1 for children and 1 for adults with about 3 meters of depth), peaceful and beautiful areas around. The highlight of this place is the restaurant with an outdoor area, entwined with ripe grapes with delicious food. Moreover, we liked the breakfast, we had a wide range of fresh cheeses and fresh fruits.
            No issues. It would be perfect to have also a special swimming pool or part of it for babies/toddlers with very little depth (because the existing children swimming pool was not safe (was too deep) for my child (2 years old and 85 sm.)

            The trullis are pretty. The staff were lovely. Free parking nearby hotel. Big clean pool.
            The rooms are bare with very old and sparse furniture. No bathrobes provided. The bath tub wasn’t very clean, needed to be bleached and there was a lot of limescale. Limited tv channels. No lounge area in the hotel. Breakfast was very basic with no fresh items, just tinned fruit and cakes etc.

            Very nice setting, the restaurant outside for dinner was very inviting and it has a beautiful pool area. Very friendly staff.
            Breakfast was definitely a disappointment. There was no fresh fruit despite being summertime where the fruit season is at its peak. Cereals were a available in single packed portions with no muesli. Water glasses and teaspoons were plastic. Absolutely not up to the standard you would or can expect from a resort in this price category. Where is their ecological effort to reduce waste. On their home page they state that the use of the pool area (which is really nice) is for the sole use of the resort guests. This is not true. On a Sunday morning after breakfast it was impossible to find a space at the pool, it was full of guests that were not staying at the resort. We were lucky enough that they found some spare deckchairs (the cushions were very mouldy) which we were able to place outside our room (without the cushions). I wrote 2 emails to the managing director with my comments. A month has passed with no reaction. For this reason I have made this post.

            The old amenities: the ac was very noisy, the minibar was very noisy, the bathroom was very old. Breakfast had very little choice. It also offered canned fruits, which for being in South Italy, during summer, is very strange..

            Beautiful small trulli city in the middle of olive fields. The views are amazing, the rooms in a trullo are nice and big and the pool is very relaxed. The staff is also very nice and helpfull.

            Nice location with great facilities. Room was very clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool area with bar service. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Nice hilltop breezes.
            Skylight in the second room disturbed sleep as there is no way to cover it. Shower stall is quite tight, but not surprising in a Trullo.
