-I honestly have no complains about this hotel. -I took two rooms, one with window, and another without window. -Room was spacious, surprisingly the window-less room was more spacious than the window room. -The room was clean, bed and pillow was comfortable. -Good design of room, ample space to keep luggage, safe box provided in room. -There is a fridge in the room for convenience. -Shower has excellent water pressure and the temperature is also very stable, nice steady flow of hot water. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located at the Riverside. Rooms are clean with city view. Front counter staff and the doorman are very helpful and they will always greet you with smiling faces. Breakfast spread consider good for a 3 stars hotel. It is within walking distance to hotspot and some other eateries places. Nothing much at the 7/11 store but the coffee at Gloria is good.

Great Hotel to crash in!”
To me this is an awesome hotel, I'm not that hanky panky traveler. I know we cannot get 100% superb hotel even if you stay in Ritz, London. As long as it comfy, clean and have a friendly staff. I am all good! Sorry for the late review though as I just come back from Antartika! wooohoooooo... will definitely stay in your hotel again.

Great value for money in central location”
My family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Although we didn't have a view of the river, it was great that the hotel was located right on the riverbank so that we could go for a walk easily. Would have been good to have a swimming pool available to cool off from the heat. Complimentary buffet breakfast had a small variety of options, but this didn't bother us because we were happy to go out and enjoy the wonderful local cuisine (Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee) close by. It was very unfortunate to see that most of the shopping centres close by are empty now. My elderly parents stayed in another double room on the same level as us and I was grateful that the shower wasn't a shower in a bath type. So it was easy and safe for them.

Super Amazing , Worthy to the Max”
I honest very satisfied all about this hotel. Especially both the receptionist, Mary and other girl also. Abg security, if i not mistaken, shift pagi. He also very very kind and helpful, friendly too. Imperial should award them as a good employee . A good workers are able to raise revenue hotel. Thumb up. The room are nice and big. Water preasure shower also satisfied . Near to everywhere.

The only fault with this hotel was the absence of Wifi for all but a few hours of our 3 day stay. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well positioned hotel in the heart of Kuching. Handy to everything, good breakfast and very clean.

This hotel might looks a little bit old but their maintenance overall is good. Very comfortable stay , comfortable bed and you will feels like a 5 star hotel staying in the room. Air-con very cold , hot water for shower and basin. Hotel is along riverbank.

I love very much the room. Including the setup,size and cleanliness. All very comfort. Location also very strategic because very near to kuching waterfront and boat jetty to Kg Boyan. Hotel staff also very friendly and polite.

Location of hotel was perfect, room was very comfortable and had all the basic equipment needed (minibar, iron, kettle), plus hotel offered sahur option instead of breakfast for Muslims during Ramadhan which made it easier for us to prepare for fasting.

Walking distance to riverfront, topspot, Chong Choon for breakfast. Room very clean, aircond and fridge cold, bathroom clean (drain slight clogged). Room made up daily & drinking water replenished daily. Staffs very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable

I stayed for one night only because the hotel was fully booked. Everything very near to you. Easy to find food. The cat statue can be seen from your room. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch yummy. I will repeat again to stay here next time.

The location along the river was great as it was easy to access all the sites we wanted. There is a nice walkway along the river with restaurants at night. Breakfast had a variety of selections and always plentiful. Staff were great and very helpful in arranging transport to our next location in Damai. Would stay there again.

Worth!! Super duper satisfied to be honest. Just that the area of hotel did not provide large parking for visitor so we have to park out of hoteal areas which is a bit unconvenient. Others and rooms is excellent!!
