The best in pathum Tani ”

J Park Residence is highly recommended for those who have activity at Thammasat University or Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). The room is worth the price and the swimming pool is nice. Internet access is also not bad. To go to AIT/Thammasat Uni is easy, you can simply ride the motorcycle taxi for 20 - 30 Bahts. For a long stay, it is recommended to book this place in advance since it is hard to extend your staying here. Number of room for daily rent is limited.

Great stay in a nice new residence complex”

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment, room was very clean spacious and very comfortable. Complex is located near university so there are many students that stay here. There are some restaurants next to hotel and there is also 7/11. Overall I think it's a very nice new hotel complex and great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone if you need to stay in this area.

A Great Place when visiting Thammasat Rangsit”

It was a great experience. It was around 1 km away from the Rangsit Campus and a couple of meters away from TU Dome (Shopping center). The room was large and internet great! There is a pool and a gym

Best in the area”

Like the only other options in this area this is really student accomodation and I've tried them all, this is the best of the lot. The bed is comfortable with a high quality mattress and proper 'hotel standard' bedding. Check-In and out is not an ordeal with no need to take your shoes off to visit reception. Reception is open late but for some daft reason you cannot check-out between 6 - 9am (peak time), not a problem though as on my most recent stay I wasnt asked for a deposit and just left my keycard in the box provided. There are plenty of good quality restaurants nearby but absolutley nothing else to do in this area - it is only really suitable if you have work/business nearby.

What I would expect for the price. From my point of view, it was not too bad to stay here for one night. It was very easy to catch taxi or motorbike taxi from the hotel. It's not far from university campus (for conference) and local market.

An Australian at J Park”

Overall it was good, loved the pool, but reception staff couldn't communicate in English. No iron in my apartment. Staff said they would arrange one but they didn't. I was there for 3 nights. Also some crockery and cutlery would have been nice, even disposable ones (including ones for hot drinks). I was able to buy some at 711, but a starting set in the apartment would be nice. Worst of all, no English news on TV. Only old movies and horrific reality shows and narcissistic beauty programmes. If u want to target an intelligent international clientele (Thammasat Uni is nearby), get an English news channel. Canteen food was awful, but hawkers outside main gate had great fresh fruit and meals.The breakfast hawker made lovely fresh pastries. Why don't u encourage more quality hawkers outside your main gate? Thailand street food is amazing. Capitalize on that and give the local vendors a chance to make a better living. Finally, how about a map of the local area showing Chiang Rak railway station, the hawkers' location, 711 and other nearby facilities, as well as shortcuts into the uni. Overall I think you're on the way to providing a quality service.

Decent hotel for the area”

This hotel is acceptable for travelers needing to be near Thammasat University. If you have your own car, there is no problem accessing local restaurants, attractions. There is nothing else to do in the immediate area, except to shop at 7-11's near the hotel.

Most of my stay was good, but they ripped off my deposit when I checked out. Be sure and get a receipt. It left me feeling sour even though it was only $15

It served a purpose, we needed to visit someone in that area. But its basically a school campus in the middle of nowhere.

程度の良い広々アパート”

ナワナコン工業団地に近くホテルからの行帰りが便利だろうと思い利用しました。 確かに近くて便利でしたがホテルというより程度の良いアパートでした。 周囲はタマサート大学の学生街で泊ったホテルも要は学生用の高級アパートの空部屋を遊ばせないためにホテルとして使っているものだと思います。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジはありましたが湯沸しポットは無く食器類も備えてありませんでした。 シャワーは温かいお湯は出ますが湯量が少なく不満でした。 買物は通りに出ればすぐ近くにセブンがあり食事もレストランがあるので不便では無いと思います。 ただ周囲が学生中心なので50過ぎのおっさんには辛いかもしれません。 会社の車を使っていましたので駐車場が広く空きスペースがいっぱい有ったので良かったです。 フロントは普通のホテルとは違いアパートの管理事務所といった感じですがスタッフは愛想が良く気持よかったです。 次も使うかと聞かれたら、・・・です。フルサービスのホテルの方が便利でしょうね。 長期滞在なら安くあげられるので良いですが。
