"The bed was made to give the appearance the room was cleaned. There was stuff on the head board, the bathroom sink, the floors were dirty, the window blind was broken, the remote was in pieces. Worst hotel experience I've ever had."

"My stay at the hotel was excellent. My check-in was instant and did not have to wait for the rooms to be cleaned. The hotel representatives were very helpful and courteous. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable on the second floor."

"The eggs were not worth eating. My husband will eat about anything and he had to throw them out. There was no breakfast meat, no biscuits and gravy"

"Went to see our grandson play in the Class II National Championship game (which they won) and stayed at the Best Western due to it's proximity to the stadium. Excellent accomodations."
