"very cute little hotel in the centre of naples. The hotel itself was really cute, the breakfast really great, staff couldn't do enough. their recommendation for lunch was superb, even saw the same staff member having lunch there. the grand gallery in which it sits is in need of repair (like the rest of naples, the roof was leaking everywhere) but this is not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend it. "

"Don't be put off by the mode of entry. We turned up after dark and were left at the imposing door to a dark courtyard. We crammed into a tiny lift up to the third floor and then entered the chic lobby of the hotel. Receptionist was impeccably polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and bright, with a little balcony for people-watching on the street below. The bed was spacious and firmly soft, the toiletries were by Etro, the towels thick and fluffy, the room spotless. The breakfast was a little unimaginative. The staff were all most helpful. The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing yet quiet. Ideal!"

"This is a great hotel to choose in Naples. The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable. Rooms are large with comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. The hotel has a plunge pool and jacuzzi on the roof which doesn't offer the most amazing views (Naples isn't really that pretty) but still a lovely place to sit and sunbathe. Breakfast was great which lots of options and the chance to sit on the terrace in the sunshine. Staff are all very friendly and helpful should you need anything. Location is right in the centre of Naples and plenty of taxis outside the hotel should you need it. Would stay here again."

"There are 2 locations or Chaia roof on Via Chiaia (205 and 197) and the one at 205, the rooms are on the courtyard, 1st floor. It is noisy and there are no windows, only the main glass door and no shutters. The room is clean, the personnel is super nice and accommodating (I left my luggage before my room was ready) but if you are sensitive to light and noise, this is not the place for you. I only stayed one night so it was ok. Also, I don't think they have rooms on the higher floors of the building but first floor. No "roof" access nor rooms upstairs. Seems like the rooms at #197 of the street have windows on the street. I would check that before booking if I was to go back there."

"I got this on a last minute deal so the price was really good! The cleaner showed me in and was very warm and caring. The marble in the bathroom was really classy as was everything! The bed was big and comfortable, excellent air conditioning and really fun that the shower had a glass wall looking in to the bedroom. It is on a main shopping modern shopping street close the harbour and city attractions. Wish there had been a chair on the balcony but that’s all! "
